[Resolved] Naukri.com — regarding fraud calls for providing jobs

I was contacted by a person named aman from this contact no.[protected] for providing jobs in various private banks and to whom i gave some of my college marksheets for registering my reference id but when i found the activities of him suspicious i denied for paying rs.2000 upfront as demanded by him then he told that i will be charged with legal notice and huge fine for not paying the amount and will be banned from mnc for jobs for 7 years totally. Thus i had a argument with the person which he disconnected in the middle saying who will be responsible for misuse of the document of your son. Then the person sent me a text message quoting some court id no. 052/6178/2018 wherein he had paid rs.30541 on my behalf to the court and warrant has been issued on my name and team will be visiting my home in 6 hours. Is it possible to somehow arrest the fraudsters or get a warrant issued from the authorities in any way.

• Ask your personal, non-work related information such as Credit Card numbers or Bank information over phone or email
• Do not provide a call back phone number or provide contact information that is outside the country
• Ask for monetary transactions, money-transfers, or payment for Job Applications, conducting interviews, or any other such employment/recruitment related purpose
• Promise a guaranteed job
• Promise emigration and ask for money to process visa, etc.
