Yesterday i got a call from ‭+[protected]‬ saying that my profile has been shortlisted for tcs and i need to pay Rs 2000 as a security amount. Once I pay the amount, i ll get a telephone interview call in which they will tell me the exact job description. I paid the amount and then the person started telling me about other vacancies in general. I emphasized on knowing about tcs and he said he would try to connect with global hr (that does the recruitment for tcs) and let me know when i can have telephone interview. 3 calls that evening by me to know the status but no update and i was told that I would get a call next day 10.30 am. Ofcourse I didn’t get a call from them and i tried to call them 5-6 times and after cutting the call 3-4 times they finally connected me to the senior department. The man in senior dept told me that i need to pay 5000 more for verification. I said i am not interested in this job opportunity and give me my 2000 back( when i paid 2000 i was told specifically it was refundable), he rudely said that i can get 2000 back only if i pay 5000 for verification and cut the call.
