My name is saroj chowdhary. I registered with naukri on 26th feb 2016 for resume development and promotion service with the customer code: 160227cs2573875. My experience with naukri is very unsatisfactory and unprofessional the duration for promotion service was 6 months.

After the promotion services started, in the march month, i had raised my concern stating that i am not receiving the relevant job opportunities. Initially, i got the response that i am reacting and concluding that the services i have opted for are not useful. Later in june, i strongly asked to transfer the call to a senior executive and from then i was in regular touch with a person from escalation team. I shared my concerns and requested for refund, but the response i got is they will see to it that i get the relevant opportunities.

From july end, the executive was not at all reachable, every time i got the response, she is not in office because of her personal and health issue.
Now the promotion service got expired.

I am asking them to refund the amount as i had not got any positive response after availing the promotion services which they are denying to do so mentioning that services are expired and they are not responsible if i did not get any interview calls or job change.

Request you to kindly help me out to get my money refunded.

Our services provide visibility and accessibility of jobseeker profiles to recruiters thus enhancing the chances of getting a job.

However, calls or job offers received by a job seeker depend on the current openings with recruiters and consultants; Naukri.com tries its best to have its job seekers placed in the best of firms by giving visibility and accessibility to their profiles but it in no ways guarantee a job or responses/can influence the recruiters.

We would also like to keep you posted that as the tenure of the subscription has expired we can in no ways offer you any refund against the services used by you.

Updated by saroj13 The response given in the reply is different than what was promised to me after raising the complaint. I had received the call from Naukri on Sep 28, 2016 and they confirmed that Amount will be refunded, it was even informed that the refund will be settled though 3 banks (ICICI, SBI and PNB). On Oct 01, the response is once again different.
I had highlighted within a month that I m not getting opportunities after availing the service and I had asked to initiate the refund. That time I got the response that I will be getting the right opportunities but I had to wait. Now, I cannot accept the response given by Naukri.
