[Resolved] Naukri Fast Forward Service — Worst service of naukri | |
I was almost forced and honked regularly by your one of the working personnel (I don't remember the name but his initials were "Vishal") to avail the paid service and when I told all my filters (that I am from Italy and have completed my MS in energy engineering and currently working in renewable energy sector, want to relocate to India). He told we have ample of job related to this sector, you will almost every day will get recommendations related profile and interest, and we will build up your profile in such a way that the recruiter will understand that you want to be back to India and bla bla bla, and for my Italy to India relocation thing he charged me little extra which came to be around 11000/- So all these things shows that I have been cheated and framed by Naukri guys for money. And lastly which of my line in the mail says that I want you to give me the job, force recruiter to hire me, or you ask them to change their hiring policy to recruit me and all. I very well know that you can only forward my profile to recruiter and highlight it in front of them and rest depends on the hiring professionals. But I think you have taken the money and forgot because I am not getting the recommendation of jobs (leave on daily basis not even on weekly basis also) related to my profile and interest. Lastly, although I have got some jobs recommendation and applied for them, and even have got calls from some recruiters through Naukri.com they didn't call me back (it's ok, it happens), and when I asked my relationship manager that what shall I do next time how shall I represent myself or can you connect me to some expert of the relevant field who can tell me how to convince the recruiter that I am ready for negotiation, I am ready to relocate to India and all, how shall I pitch up myself I did not get any relevant answer she says I am not an expert of it and I don't know all this.I mean it's seriously pathetic(if it is true) that there is no expert for this particular domain in the organization who is dealing with the job market and says we are the best. I repeat my words again before you answer I very well know that you can only forward my profile to recruiter and highlight it in front of them and rest depends on the hiring professionals. I am disappointed because: 1. I am not getting the recommendation of jobs (leave on daily basis not even on weekly basis also) related to my profile and interest. 2.
