I purchased a naukri fast forward service of rs 1067 on 7/20/2023 after which i got a call from a person and he said to buy another service, of rs 4720 (which come after deducting the above amount from the cost of the service).I paid (total rs 1067 + rs 4720) thorough phonepe upi and was not informed that this is not refundable, after buying II saw that this all services are just gimmick and they have taken my hard earned money.It is 7/21/2023 and I am asking them for refund but they are refusing, all my hard earned savings they are looting, Please help

NO, actually i still want a refund of rs 4720 and go back to the 1067 rs service which i paid for, I was not aware of non refund policy and without my prior knowledge it is not valid, i think i will need to aapproach legal ways if its not refunded.

    Hi, I purchased a service of rs 1067 on naukri.com on 20 jul 2023, after an hour i got a call from a person and he instructed me that i should buy another service of rs 4720.after purchasing, i was not at all satisfied with the services listed there.so i contacted them within some time and asked for refund but they cut my call.They did not clearly mentioned that they have no refund policy .Now my 6000rs are at stake..please help me get my refund

              Your Profile forward legal department. You cannot apply to any job 8 years in Multinational company. Court provide legal notice with challan, and you have to pay challan in court with statement.

                I was looking for an online job. So I applied and created my account on Shine.com website for the job. Then I received a call for the same. Caller told his name as Manish Agrawal from Naukri.com and ask for 500 rs charges, in order to conduct the telephonic interview. Sir assured it as totally refundable whether selected/rejected for job.
                On whatsapp, He asked for my ID proof, Resume, passport size photo and educational cerificates. Thenafter sending all my documents I did the payment on Whatsapp UPI.
                My Interview was conducted on a phone call by one officer from HDFC bank. I was told to be selected. Then security charges of Rs 3999 was asked to pay for generating the training and job letter, ensuring it as refundable on /before commencemet of training duration of 1month. I did my payment of Rs 2500 via whatsapp UPI.
                Due to money crisis, I couldn't pay rest of 1500 rs.
                So my name from the job recruitment was cancelled with my permission. And he assured me for the money, to be refunded in next seven days.
                Today, after 7 days, Sir is not receiving my any call and not even replying my messages on whatsapp.
                I did my payment of total Rs 3000 to this UPI ID: [protected]@upi
                TAHVILA KHATOON.

                Initially, sir provided these details for payment on Gpay

                But due to failed transaction error, I did my payment on whatsapp:

                  I was looking for an online job. So I applied and created my account on the Shine.com website for the job. Then I received a call for the same. The caller told his name as Manish Agrawal from Naukri.com and ask for 500 rs charges, in order to conduct the telephonic interview. Sir assured me it is totally refundable whether selected/rejected for the job.
                  On WhatsApp, He asked for my ID proof, Resume, passport-size photo, and educational certificates. Then after sending all my documents, I did the payment on Whatsapp UPI.
                  My Interview was conducted on a phone call by one officer from HDFC Bank. I was told to be selected. Then security charges of Rs 3999 were asked to pay for generating the training and job letter, ensuring it was refundable on /before the commencement of training duration of 1 month. I did my payment of Rs 2500 via WhatsApp UPI.
                  Due to a money crisis, I couldn't pay the rest of the 1500 rs.
                  So my name from the job recruitment was canceled with my permission. And he assured me for the money, to be refunded in the next seven days.
                  Today, after 7 days, Sir is not receiving any calls and not even replying to my messages on WhatsApp.
                  I did my payment of a total of Rs 3000 to this UPI ID: [protected]@upi
                  TAHVILA KHATOON.

                  Initially, sir provided these details for payment on Gpay
                  UPI ID :[protected]@airtel
                  Bank Acc: [protected]
                  IFSC: HDFC0000330
                  But due to failed transaction error, I did my payment on WhatsApp:

                    My Naukri case CAS-562817-C9G9S4, I have posted a job about SPM DEISIGN ENGINEER through Naukri subscription and the compliance team asked for a hiring mandate to verify the same. I have been sending them mails with the client agreement since last 1 week but they respond by asking for the same document again and again. I am feeling harassed and seriously doubt the credibility of Naukri.

                              So i got a call from naukri.com and the lady on the phone ask me to pay 48, 456 rupees. But she said I don't want to pay 48, 456 rupees, they have scheme where you have to 10k to them and your profile will given back to you as it was otherwise you will not be able apply for jobs at top MNC company for 7 years, but if you pay me now the amount rupees 10k your profile will given back to you

                                Worst of the worst services. After charging a bomb, they will not respond you. No relevance in job opportunities and pathetic customer care services. With multiple services, they will divert your mind and will misguide you to tye maximum. Please do not fall prey to such fraudsters as it's an organised loot. Very disgusting and disappointing experience.
                                My advice to all is please do not fall prey to such companies who are mis-committing and are unprofessional and ill-mannered. Some of the names are:
                                Mr.Nishant Ajmani, Ms.Megha Srivastav, Ms.Manisha Jain, Ms.Pallavi Jaitley, Mr.Safal Chaudhary, Ms.Ishani Das, Ms.Divya Singh, Mr.Sahil Jaiswal and many more cheaters. Please please do not fall prey to such fraudsters.
