On 30/11/2019, i was making online payment for tata sky recharge and on completion i received message from the sbi stating your transaction was successful. On 30/11/2019 i received msg from tata sky saying that they have not received any payment. On scrutiny, it came to understand that the payment had gone to naukriaim info tech pvt. Ltd. Of a transaction of rs, 251/- vide reference no. [protected]igahoimba7. I regularly used pay from the tata sky site and yesterday also i opened same site and started making payment. How come the payment went to your account i don't know. I hereby request you to revert back the payment to my bank (Sbi). The said payment is wrongly credited to your account, which you please revert. Was this information helpful? | |

On 23/11/2022, i did online payment for tata sky recharge and on completion received message from the sbi stating your transaction was successful but after few minutes the site says tata sky recharge is unsuccessful. Transaction happened and payment succeed but the site says recharge unsuccessful and I still didn't get my refund back. It's been 4 days I am still waiting for refund So, it's my kindly request to you to refund my money back.
