I have recharged my videocon d2h on 25th August through recharge payindia website and amount has been deducted from the bank account but recharge has not yet been received. Requesting you to kindly refund the amount and avoid such inconvenience for the customers in the near future.

    I have made a transaction of ₹599/- for videocon d2h recharge on 21/8/2021 evening through you. The same amount has been deducted from my SBI account on the same day vide transaction ID [protected]igaluvaoi4, but till date videocon d2h have not received my money for recharge. I want to know about the whereabouts of my money.

      I have done a recharge of amount Rs 510 for Airtel d2h through your company, and the amount is deducted from my bank account but the recharge isn't done yet. The referral is IGALRQDPV8 on 6th August 21 @8PM and it's been a fraud to me. So I request you to kindly return my money and help me as soon as possible otherwise face the consequences in the future.

          But its showed as recharge successful..
          But recharge pack is not activated...
          What is the problem?

            मी Videocon d2h चा रु. 350 चा रिचार्ज दिनांक 27/07/2021 ला 3 वाजून 47 मिनिटांनी online केला होता . तरी हा recharge झालेला नसून माझ्या बँक खात्यातून सदरची रक्कम debit झाली आहे. तरी वरीलपैकी रक्कम माझ्या बँक खात्यामध्ये जमा झालेली नसून ती लवकरात लवकर जमा करावी.

                  I have done my D2H recharge 260 on 03rd July, But my recharge not completed successfully so please refund my amount. Here I have attached the transaction details.

                  • Date and Time of Recharge: 3rd July
                  • Amount of recharge: 260

                  Note: Many people has raised this type of complaint who all are used your service why did not resolves this issues and you are providing inconvenient service. I suggest all to avoid your service here after.

                  Any how hope you will take an action against my complaint.
