[Resolved] Naukri.com — email id [protected]@engineer.com fake?
I received an email from [protected]@engineer.com regarding job openings. They asked me for 2100 security deposit which was refundable. After which, a telephonic interview was set up for me with hr from tata motors. They requested 10200 as the company security deposit. Now again they are demanding 15k for insurance and related procedures. I can't figure it out if it's real or fake. Also i haven't got any official mail from tata motors regarding any of this. They say after completion of insurance and other formalities, the job offer letter will be mailed to me. Can you tell me if that above mentioned email id really belongs to naukri.com? Was this information helpful?

It's highly likely that any one asking for advance payment and not disclosing details or repeatedly demanding for advance one after the other is fake. Such instances have happened even on other sites like online shopping and so on. Someone claiming to be representative of site says that they will do this for you but you need to pay so much in advance.
Such mails and calls are surely a scam.
