On April 1st 2019 with reference to LR 44153, the goods has been returned for no apparent reasons which Infact has been asked multiple times whether they accept the goods or not. However the goods were returned it's original place ie Bangalore.
I've been trying to contact them regarding the refund which I was advised I'll be receiving but those scumbags, dickheads don't know what else to call them gave no response.
I'm not requesting to refund my money, I'm demanding to refund my money since Navata road transport have no interest in doing business. Better sell ground nuts or sell tea that's what you guys are capable of ###

    Many goods mostly electronics are missing while transporting from pedanandipadu to bangalore. We are very much disappointed with the service provided, not sure how can the goods locked in trolley will be missed unless lock is opened by someone else. List of missing goods along with inr.

    1. Amazon eco dot (4000) [ packed and locked in trolley ]
    2. Samsung s8 ear phones (8300) [ packed and locked in trolley ]
    3. Bluetooth ear phones (1750) [ packed and locked in trolley ]

      I naresh. Bollikonda i transported khammam to chandnagar branch 100 kg rice bag.. But i recived only 90 kg rice.
      Beause chananagar branch executive varaset fellow. He some rice taken.. Packing changed please imadiate action.
      I phase problem 3rd time.
      So many customer suffer. Please imidate action.

      I have paid rs 4500 to pl shiva kumar while booking my consignment in bommasandra branch phone number [protected] but he have given me the bill for rs. 3810 only. Again while receive my consignment in chennai at ambattur branch mr. Kesaven demanded my rs 300 to pay for the delivery without proper bill. I refused to pay but argued with me very very rude manner and denied to deliver the goods. Why this unbilled amount is encouraged in your transport which was very foolish to the customer. Also ask kesaven to behave properly. Please try to avoid getting bride to run your company. Booking number is i007174 dated 29.12.2019

      I have given the product at navata karmanghat till now the product hasn't delivered yet to pargi which is just 80kms from the source station and in pargi navata branch is very rude with the customers.i have called them many times but there was no proper response regarding my issue.

        But customer received tube bags only, the big tyres not dispatched your branch,
        We called lot of times but, your peoples was not responding. Customer shouted to our company what is our wrong.

        I am supposed receive cocopeat 100 kgs which was packed and sent in 3 bags from Nidadavole. But when I checked to take the parcel in Hyderabad chandanagar branch I received only 2 bags. One of the bag is missing it's been 3 weeks but I did not get the 3rd bag yet.

          Already 10 days over but not delivered, every day iam follow-up with them but no positive response.

          And every day i was rise complaint on their website but no response.

          Navata is a poor services, may be management is very worrest so better to avoid their services.

          My lr number is H059548 my mattrial is ready for delivery for online status, but here Branch officer said that invoice is not coming to the lorry, when the invoice is coming that delivered that material,
          But one thing sir, how is came my mattrial chennai to jagtial without invoice? Please immediately deliver my material. It is very urgent.

            Hello i m dipak rana from cambay, gujarat anand dist.in this co. My join dt 24th oct18 during the month salary done for the post of officer (O) with training at vijaywada&hyderabad. Up to 16th nov igo to a. Bad aslali br. For same post but this prd i also do field work at nearest 1km area of aslali ind estate as suggested by ho thru mail to our sr manager swami r. But at 17th i give resign for this post. At1, st dec18 there is not done my salary and not given any. Answer by company ho.

              At the time of booking my parcel, bill amount of rs.598 /-, extra 40/- is collected as loading charges. At erode office, they are not bothered even to inform the customer about arrival of parcel. When i went for taking delivery of my items, they have charged rs.20/- extra apart from bill amount. When asked, they said, it is for loading charges. When the 2 bags are loaded in auto, the coolie again demanded rs.30/- for loading. When i rejected to pay, my parcels were unloaded and kept back in godown. The coolies have threatened me that i can not take my parcels without paying them. And the navalta transport office person also says he is helpless in the issue and i have to pay them if i want my parcels. I want to know, why should i pay additional 15% of bill amount i. E. Rs.90/-. If at all i have to pay, why don, t you add the loading and unloading charges in bill amount. Why are you allowing coolies to control the affairs in your branches. Hereafter neither i will book parcels in navata nor i will refer it to anyone.

                  Hello im dipak rana join dt 24oct 28 for post officer(o) loc.ahmedabad aslali.fornov 18 i reportin up to 16 nov &dt17 i give resign fot this post because me pressure for marketing at nearest 1km area of aslali ind estate i also do up to, 16, nov but give resign at 17.at 1dec there is not done my salary for up 16 nov & no given me any answer.
                  We sent the parcel from chirala to perungudi on December 3rd.we received the message on dec10 as it received to perungudi but pergundi persons said that that it is not yet received. Lr number is:B019879

                    We have given material vide waybill u019289 dated 14th aug 2018 from bhiwandi to sindagi dist bijapur.

                    Since material is lying in hyderabad but not getting dispatched to sindagi.
                    We have spoken to several people on their mobile numbers in vain.
                    We are furnishing the cell numbers for verification : [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].
                    These consignment are very critical. Myself my team have come from mumbai to execute one project. The project has to be handed over in 3 days failing we shall have a penalty of rs. 50000/-.
                    We are sitting at site incurring a cost of rs 5000/- per day for the last 4 days.
                    We express delivery of these items failing we shall take up the matter suitably.

                      We used Navata Road Transport to ship Air Conditioner & Compressor from Bapatla (A.P) to Maraimalai Nagar ( T.N) - WayBill No. - W062516-1 on 30.07.2018 & they assured delivery will be on 04.08.2018

                      My parcel was packed in two carton boxes and handed over to the transporter.
                      One box reached Maraimalai nagar hub by 03.08.2018 and another one got missed.
                      I am following the transporter for the missed box for last 7 days still they were not able to locate where the missed box is available. they were not even responding properly.

                      I tried to reach them through phone to know the status but they dont even answer my call. I used to visit their hub in person to know the status daily.

                        2697 is my lr number. Such a worst service i have ever seen. I have waited more than 17 days for my baggage from visakhapatnam to hyderabad. Though i visit this office daily there is no tracking recorded to find out where my baggage is. Some agent named kondayya from chodavaram the way he is responding to a customer is not at all acceptable. APSRTC service is far better than this they deliver goods with in promised time with a very less fare. These people are charging double the amount and taking more than 15 days for a delivery. When i raise a question these people are simply answering this happens sometimes. If this is the case then what's the use of running your service with customer dissatisfaction. I have spoke to many executives but they are simply saying pay the whole amount then take your parcel. So there are no ethics or sla's to your company. You deliver whenever you want and don't care about customer priorities. You people are here just to make money.
                        I would never give any rating to this service as i am ashamed of seeing all this response from you people. Never reach navatha again.

                            I have received 4 rice bags from nidadavolu (Andhra pradesh) to hyderabad and on dt 28th june 2018 i have made 2 times on line payment and each time rs 453.19 deducted from my credit card.

                            I called to your branch and they confirmed that they have not received the payment.

                            I asked them to deliver the bags to my house and i paid the charges through cash to the delivery boys.

                            That means instead of 1 time i paid 3 times to navata.

                            I spoke to hdfc bank about these transactions and they confirmed that you have claimed this and payment also credited to your account.

                            Requesting you to please check the transaction details and refund the extra paid amount.

                              Such a worst service i have ever used.
                              They charged me 2710 rs to transport a bike from palamaner to hyderabad - miyapur on 06/06/2018.
                              It is 6th day that i am waiting for my delivery.
                              Whenever i call miyapur branch they gave some irrelevant answers.
                              Bull #.
                              Even their track consignment service also too worst. It is not showing any updates.
                              Not worth it for one star also,

                                Hyderabad navata particular branch informed us that the material will be reaching the destination on or before 10th may 2018.

                                When tracking the consignment it is found the booked materials are still lying at booked navata office.

                                Navata has become worst in taking care of customer
                                Not prompt and insincere attitude

                                Since you are unfit to deliver the consignment. You are hereby directed to return the consignment to professional water proofing.
