but my boked tv roaming different address, I AM FIST RECIVED medical kit trance porter mistake and his agree, finely came to address nagaram navata but my packing changed and open and tv also broken .i have raised complaint on 23rd July but still not responding sir sir please help me

            One box is missing in 2019, way bill no=Do90100 dated[protected] from KRVB to RMSD.
            LR NO :-DO90100-43 and lot number 40 one box is missing, but agent told box will come. Iam waiting waiting no box. I given for claim, but lock down is comming, then this agent is giving irrirespective answer, iam cotacting manager, his nameis BUSHAN, HE WASTING one year, then i presserd the agent, she told your claim file is missing in office, then i called to costomer care, she replied ur claim is not there?, my box is containing pesticides, value is 28615.

              Cupboard of 5 shelf was totally broken and not in a condition to use. Worst service . Looks like not mishandling but the transport people are intended to break. Not small breakage totally the base part was out of it.

                    I have given 9items delevery (LR no. B043246) on 23/0422 to dilsukhnagar from Gurazala through navatha transport. I have got a message from navatha about 6/9 items are ready for delivery on 28/04/22. The remaining items yet be reached. I have called many times to customer care but nothing helpful. I want to lodge a complaint on this late services from this transport service. Please help me to take some action regarding it

                                I ramesh naidu parcel 25 kgs rice bag from kakinada to shadnagar vide LR Y067397. My bill is Rs 299. But at kakinada they collected Rs 325 and at shadnagar they collected Rs 10. Are you have any rule of extra collection. Please take action. If it is repeat I will file a complaint at consumer forum.                                   I booked my bike for the transportation from madanapalle to tumkur, for that I've paid 1900 rupees but the way bill which they have sent is Only mentioned 1305 rupees but I didn't got any explanation for why they charged me extra amount.

                                  Also I paid for his personal number and I asked him that I'll pay through online payment mode but he didn't accepted for that, why like this ?

                                  I'm not bothering about the amount which Navata transport has charged for me but the way his response while asking doubts is not at all acceptable.

                                  I attached my payment receipt and also the way bill payment picture for your confirmation, pl check.

                                  I hope these kind of things will not happen for any customer in future by taking necessary actions as a company like NAVATA TRANSPORT which is well known in India should not decrease their name and fame because of some people from a few branches

                                    The branch at Kamakshipalya / banglore / karnataka is collecting unloading charges even for topay parcel. There is no bill for such amount and talking rudely that we will not book until pay the charges

                                    Please confirm if this a standard practice of collecting unloading charges per your policy. If yes provide the bill.

                                      I have booked an order Teak wood double cot cost around 1 Lakh from Mangalagiri to Karimnagar. Product severely damaged and of no use now. Vendor is saying that we can't do anything and we are not responsible. Need quick solution to my request.

                                      I had made the payment of 14979 rupees from the paytm upi of canara bank account is successfully transferred by the paytm and the canara bank also conformed that payment is done on 31.12.2021 and the transaction number is[protected]. so please check the transaction payment is done by our side.
