I booked a washing machine from Navata Chennai - Guindy to Narsapur (534275) on 07-Jan-22 with tracking no. Y049247, today my package was reached and it was completely damaged with no proper packing, the entire inside and outside parts of washing machine was broken, all the supporting cables/trays damaged and mainly there is no back plate which is missing item (THEFT)
1.) Top plate broken.
2.) Bottom plate broken.
3.) Drum rubber squezed /damaged.
4.) Missing parts -No Back Plate (THEFT).
I need a product to product replacement (Front loading WM) with in 2working days.

I have booked house hold items from Bangalore to Visakhapatnam (Door delivery) vide LR No X055484 dtd: 18.12.2021.
I have paid Rs.10, 000 as per Invoice. Now before delivery, they are illegally demanding more money.

I have submitted one material 15days before in navata transport kondapalli, vijayawada.they took loading charges 200rs.They didn't send material to given address.Material weight is 170kgs below. They kept that material in navata transport kondapalli

My one bag in 10 kg rice removed. VERY WOREST STAFF

My dishwasher cavity got damaged while transporting from Guntur to Bangalore. Company person had reviewed and said it was pure transportation negligence and that it cannot be repaired or replaced and should be thrown for trash. This is very disappointing. What do we do about this?

Iam one of the costemer. The Koratla([protected]) branch employee was voillentic person. He has no responsibulity. He was rash and voillentic behaving to me today. Bad employees in the company and bad service.

Staff at JAGTIAL branch are asking for 20Rs, then 10Rs bribe to hand over the parcel which was already paid by the sender. Very bad experience.

I have sent refrigerator from chennai to Nellore...fridge condition is completely broken. Very irresponsible behavior of people at nellore branch.kindly look into issue and do the needful.I spent 4000 for transportation.

We booked JEE books worth 5500/- on 30th August, We waited till 04th September but no luck, when we went to Tirupati pick up office, they got the LR but they did not get the package.

After so many calls and follow ups, after 15 days they were able to find the shipment. We learned that shipment was missing the waybill number sticker or whatever they keep it for tracking, it was missing.

The intended books were sent to hostel where our children is studying as hostler. She cant come out to pick the shipment, when I requested Navata team to delivery they are denying it.

It was so disrespectful when I am talking to customer care center, they discontinued the line saying we will do it tomorrow or day after tomorrow or later.

Though it was completely their mistake and lack of shipment handling they are denying to deliver. Basically, they did not understood the value of books and study basically what I understood.

On 25/07/2021 raise claim regarding non recieved of product. But no response from their end till now. It's been two months.

My bike side gaurd was broken during transport

I have booked 2rice bags (100kgs) to transport from mulugu dist to kphb Kukatpally on 6th of August -2021, with LR number -72693 and they committed to deliver within 3 to 4days.
and they delivered 1bag short delivery on 9th of August -2021
Another 1bag we still not get. almost 1month completed
And no response from branch side
I have called them many times and customer care people are saying we are taking.sir br...

Hello I booked a transportation with a LR number of 075489.

I gave the address in RTC cross roads but It was delivered to jeedimetla.

For this I had to pay 230 extra, so please look in to this issue

I have booked 12 articles from Kaikaluru to Gangavathi on 13th August LR O049155..but I hv received 11...and IFB washing machine has damaged...still article suppose receive...but there is proper response..can some one look into this..

On date 9/8/2021 our cousin's from Tirupati purchased and sent us a biryani handi to Anantapur and on reaching us we were so disappointed that all the handi handles are broken completely and damaged too. I need justification for this and I need navata to respond to my issue.
