On date: 14.08.2021 I from KGF contact mobile No. [protected] from my mobile no. [protected] to parcel (i.e., Suitcase and Travel bag) weight about 30-35 KGs and asked for the charges. He told approximate value is 350/-. Later I searched in your website and their I came to know its is 300/-. and again I called him and told about the website. For that he started arguing and acting as unethical behaves very rood and telling lies. He told "I am SHIVAKUMAR, you can go and tell to head office, I don't care".
So because of this type of people, your are loosing many customers and reputation of your Transportation. Plz change this type of cricked person.

    My parcel not reached

    Hello sir,
    We are from anaparthi, andhrapradesh.
    we booked 1 parcel from hyderabad to anaparthi at 6th august 2021. LR no - P050549.

    I'm tracking my consignment through online, from 3 days it shows only "ready to delivery" but still it is not reached to me. Kindly check below attachment as a screen shots.

    i contact so many times to anparthi branch person. only two times he is available from that...

    We are reugular customers of navata in anathapur atp Andhrapradesh when we book articles from ananthapur to Mandya MND, the mandya agent always demands an extra of 400-500 amount saying its the mandatory charges for transport loading and unloading (means the amount for the articles to load into navata transport vehicle not ours vehicle) we almost lost 4000 for last 6 booking please solve the issue as soon as possible

        Luggage shifting from Bangalore-Hanamkonda

        We have house luggage shifting deal with Navata Transport at Owner's risk agreement.

        I understand owner's risk is a negligible defects/breakage on articles..
        but after delivery i found almost all my plastic, Glass and other thin plate articles(costs around 5K) as pieces(all got broken), due to irresponsible packing and handling during luggage loading/unloading.

        I didnot expect such a worst delivery from Navata(as it has good name)

        I can provide you even the photos once you reach me out for resolution.

        I request for a refund for breakage of my articles at least.

          Hi,

          I had sent a scooty from KPHB, Hyderabad to Mancherial on 31st July and received yesterday from Mancherial.

          The scooty handle got hard locked and there are other (major) damages as well.

          And people at the delivery location are charging unloading charges of 150 INR at the time of delivery.

          NOw when I ask them on the same, Customer care says It is booked at owner risk. I know it but what if they are damaging them? Who is responsible for that?

            Hi, total money should pay 235/- but they asked me to pay 260 what should I do now, I paid 260 nd revived my pack, this is my worst thing I had in navatha transport, I know this will not effect you but, as a customer I regret to say this, Poor service

                  5 Items parceled from Hyderabad to Giddalur on single LR. ButGiddalur Branch Navata Transport person saying that we have received only 3 items. We are calling to Navata Head office from last 3 days. They are saying that we are taking complant, They are saying the same last 3 days but not resolving the issue. They also dont know where are the 2 missing items.

                    Delivered to Kolar instead of Kolar gold fields from Giddalur, due to mistake done by your representative by typing wrong address while talking over phone.

                    Even after repetitive complaints no response received from your end.

                    The worst service ever experienced.
                    The Rank no .1 in providing the worst service should be rewarded.

                    Recommend not to choose NAVATA again.

                        Hello sir...my parcel with LR 25760-1 was booked on 17/06/2021, my parents had sent parcel from visakhapatnam (isakathota)to tirupati(new balaji colony) navatha...since it 12days my parcel yet not received, while we are asking they are telling parcel is missing...it has 10000 rupees stock in it...so please take action to get my parcel or get me refund...

                            I book the parcel in chirala branch. For booking to pay with pass they are charging 150. I regret to pay but they are not allowing for booking I paid 150 for booking and they are demanding. Kindly take the action.
