Hi Team,

I book the parcel in chirala branch. For booking to pay with pass they are charging 150. I regret to pay but they are not allowing for booking I paid 150 for booking and they are demanding. Kindly take the action.

As per the above subject, the consignment was booked on 05/05/2021 (wednesday), and it was successfully delivered on 21/05/2021 (friday) but there is ONE BOX SHORTAGE OUT OF 8 BOXES, there is no update upon that box,
kindly do the necessary in delivering the remaining the box as soon as possible

I have received a massage from NAVATA stating that my consignment with LR J099183 from Tenali to Hyderabad Kushaiguda ready for delivery. But when i went for delivery today the consignment is not available. only paper work ( invoice) was there. pl do needful to search for the same for early delivery.

To whomsoever concern,
I registered for a delivery i.e Air Conditioner which has to be transported from Hyderabad to Tadepalligudem ( west Godavari ) which covers a distance of 380kms . I booked for this delivery on 08/04/2021, with LR No : J088379 .The booking person told it will get delivered within 3 to 4 days, but as on today i.e 12/04/2021 at 4 o clock, customer care employees telling that is still in Vijayawada hub and told that they will inform when is next vehicle to be loaded. Even employees are lying to get conversation close without proper information . This kind of service is not required for public, got frustrated with this service. I came to know now that it will take more 2 days for the product to deliver . .Worst courier service i ever seen . Not at all recommended.

Waybill no:- J042656-6, Six bags of rice booked from Tallada to Miyapur, at the time of delivery Miyapur NAVATA Baburao (Cell:[protected]) deliveries me only 5bags instead of 6nags, but he received total bill amount ₹.620from me. My request you pls find & delivery it to me as early as possible.
