The branch at Korlagunta / Tirupati / Andhra Pradesh is collecting unloading charges even for fully paid parcel. There is no bill for such amount and talking rudely.

Please confirm if this a standard practice of collecting unloading charges per your policy. If yes provide the bill.

Sir, I booked an article from Parkal of Warangal District to Basheer Bagh Branch on[protected] vide LR No. 68686. I did not receive any phone call from your basheerbagh, therefore i tried to contact him over phone baring No. 99634781 and in spite of repeated calls the said phone is on switch off mode and no response. Therefore I was constrained to call your customer care no,[protected] to know about the status of my consignment and -when i requested to inquire about the non receipt of goods with your customer care personnel at No.[protected], the way in which response is more recklessly answer and abruptly keeping the phone which caused serious inconvenience to me. I can under stand the job of customer care personnel, but her duty is convince the customer with pleasant manner but that is totally lacking as far your employee is concerned. I am only bringing to your notice, so that you will bring to her notice and no customer will cause inconvenience with the adamant answers of your employees.

Clearly there is some issue and company didnt inform anything to us and now there is a loss due to this

Booked the Subject S/ment on 07/09/2020.

Sent several mails to your booking office and deliver office but there is no response from their end.

As i am local transporter material collected from my customer and hand over at Kompally branch -Hyderabad for upcountry delivery.

S/ment got delivered but my customer insisting for Ack. But your team has not provided till now. Because of one POD my whole month payment got stuck.

Now You pls decide and provide the POD & Loss i have beared / Tension.

I have brought Bero from Chennai to Hebbal..it's leg is fully damaged.. gave 1200 bugs..no Tempo auto service..asking 300 bugs to bring the broken leg Bero..the staff is telling upper part is good..she is not responsible for the lower part..now I need to repair it..such a worst service..I am ur regular customer.. really disheartened by the service..I amdissatisfied by your service.. before navata was better and now worst to the core... No humanity.. Repay some amount for my damages or repair it..as it is your staff fault..

We couriered a box on 26th of Dec at Kesamudram with reference no F078339 and same reached at Parkal on 2nd but as on today not responding courier office and not delii

I was received bike for today, Total many scratches for bike, bike is totally paint loss and also taken pickup charges. Don't trust this company not handle properly

We have booking with LR No 61978 dated on 05 Dec 2020.
In LR No 61978 contain 17 Nos but reached item 15 Nos only.
Kindly resolve my queries soon as possible shortly.

We have called 20times and they are not even responding and the worst experience faced by us . We came twice and they are asking us to call tomorrow and not even providing us the basic information

People other charges demand for the employees

I have tould your staff i want shift my bed and cot 6/4 at Bangalore your staff not good trement in your phone service shooted me dont disterb me and i dont understand Hindi and English onely for talugu .

I transported beeruva from B kotha kota to Vishakapatnam...it's very nice before transport but after u guys transported there is severe damage to the beeruva...I need a resolution for this...it is not a good way of transportation I do need the refund I will attach the before after of the good...this is not at all fair from.your side....

Hi All, we have shipped our six cartoon boxes of clothes and house hold items from KOTTEDAN -HYD navata office on 21-Nov -2020.
all the items we brought from Hong kong along with us to India.
Navata Kottedan Manager and his son has opened all six boxes and stole the stuff. items they have stolen are 2 pairs of Nike shoe, Shorts, thermo flasks, IKES DUVET covers and silver wear.

we had inventory list from customs and fedex. When we lodged our complaint with Navata. The response is simple. they said they have enquired their Kottedan branch manager (Who is internal thief) of NAVATA and nothing is missing.

citizens, pls be aware of NAVATA transport. their managers are theifs and they literally steal house hold articles. Even the management supports their theifs.

Earlier this week another carton box of printed books were not traced at tirupathi LR no. D061494 for which we lodged a complaint with LR copy but not yet resolved inspite of our repeated phone calls to various persons at your end.
