We booked 3 bags parcel from kallauru to Bangalore, on 19th November, in that 1 bag reached to Bangalore remaining 2 bags missed out. i called all branches (vijayavaada and Bangalore, kallauru)raised complaint also at vijayavaada branch complaint #1130048 on 30th November. Still not get any response from any branch.

I need my parcel status pls confirm

    I transported a second hand sofa from Himayathnagar Navatha branch to addanki, I was packed sofa with cover but in vijayawada the sofa was not in good Condition like they pulled out the cover and they smashed with the foot.This is not at all good.

      Taking a bribe beyond the bill amount

      Here is my waybill no E015418, 3 packages transferred from Banglore(KR Puram) to Gudivada. The total bill amount was 1118(One thousand one hundred and eighteen rupees) beyond the bill they demanded 600(krpuram)+53(at Gudivada)= 653 completely without bill.
      Also when we asked about it, the responses are very rude.

      2) 1118(with bill)+53(without bill) to Pillarisetty Satish

        On date of 30-10-20 we placed a vehicle & we paid 2653 ruppes/- 2153 for transport & 500 for packing... We asked the manager at miyapur it takes 3-4 days delivery of packing... But on nov 7th i got my bike.. For receiving they asked 100 rs for unloading... After checking my bike got damaged.. So i dint received my bike.. From day 1 I will complain a file for my loss up for your late & I got damaged without a proper packing with taking money...

        Hi I parceled my bike Ap07au 1309 from mangalagiri navata transport to chandanagar navata office on 27/10/2020.when I received my bike on 02/11/2020 my bike front doom, signal light and front light was completely damaged and I was charged as freight charges-1624, packing charges-500.hamali-80

        Such a pathetic service by navata ... There isn't any complaint or customer care for these navata transport...
        Please refund my charges and request to pay penalty also...

          Its been almost 2 months(26 Aug 2020) my byke has been handed over to me.

          From Mysore to Kaikaluru.

          There was a helmet and mirrors missing during handover and the same has been informed to delivery and Mysore team.

          They have acknowledged and informed me that the helmet and mirrors were unfortunatly packed to Hyderabad . It will be delivered by Sep 23rd aprox. But later they informed that the items are missing so they will pay be the amount for the items.

          Now there is no update further on amount or missing items.

          I require answer for the quires of my items were there is no guaranty for customer items.

            We have put 13 articles from Hyderabad ramnagar to pamaru Krishna 13 articles on 17th june and they gave only 11 articles and heavy size artice of nearly 100kg bags were missing and we have asked several times in th brancha office no reply and and bad behavior from the staff vishnu nagababu from krishna dist andhra pradesh

              Actually we have sent palamarosa oil 10kgs 25/09/2020 from dharamapuri to Mumbai through navatha transport but till now the receiver didn’t take the delivery of the oil so please take our request and send the oil back.

                I had wrongly choose Navata road transport to ship my Honda Activa.Raised a concern with customer care and Only thing I got in response is its Customer responsibility and company doesn't take any responsibility.

                My activa from mask is completely damaged.They have taken extra amount as well for packing which they are denying now.I had paid it online to the agents account and now they say it's our responsibility.

                Navata handles customer goods irresponsibly and say its on customer risk.Why do they even take good's when its on customer responsibility ? Small scratches are acceptable - but you can see the attached pic - front mask is fully broken and none of them are ready to accept and refund.

                  Unprofessional service, have used Navata Transport service to ship the new Washing machine from Bangalore to Pakala.

                  However they took 4 to 5 days after finally they delivered a completely damaged product, we were very sad after looking into the shape of the product.

                  When called and checked with Pakala transport guy they told it is not our issue.

                    Hello,
                    I regularly use navata transport for shipments. Every time i visit navata transport at nandyal branch they ask me to pay extra money on top of the bill saying that “coolie charges “. Not sure weather navata is paying them salaries or not?
                    I feel like giving tip to them but they should not force a customer to give extra charges.

                        Hello team, I've booked an order for shipment on 29th August at Basheerbagh location with booking LR: P058022. The parcel is not yet reached to destination. Basheerbagh contact person is not at all lifting the calls. Chennai Broadway contact person called me and I came to that the parcel is missing. How this can happen? Please do the needful in finding the item and deliver it to the Broadway office.

                            Details of transport i hav attached a file.. Damage of bike is ridiculous... Small minor damage is ok but i got my front mudguard dents and odometer which costs of 9k it has also damaged... Side stand with its bed n double stand which costs around 3000 has been damaged and left clucth lever is completely broken i was unable to take bike to service station also.. Bike damage cost ll b around 6k... Transport is 4k.. Upon that irresponsible way of transport i din't get the cal also weather my bike has come or not.. Plz fix the isuee... So unresponsive delivery and customer goods care is 0%.. Small minor damages are excusable but not this much! The packing was also not done good!!!

                              Dear sir,

                              I am here by bringing to your notice that we have booked our consignment dt. On 20th-aug'20 from tadepalligudem, andhrapradesh to bangalore, bommanahalli branch.

                              We have receive a message from navata on 25th-aug'20, saying that items have been delivered to bommanahalli branch, but when i checked with them out of 6 items only 5 items they have received, and till now i didn't get any response from bommanahalli branch office.

                              I have lodged a complain no[protected] on 3rd-sep'20 regarding non delivery of items even after 15days.

                              When i tried to reached out navata head office, vijayawada following is the response i am getting as below :

                              1st call on 2nd-sep'20 - said that they will find the cause of delay in delivery
                              2nd call on 3rd-sep'20 - i have lodged complaint.
                              3rd call on 4th-sep'20 - called to check the status, they said out of 6 items, only 5 items received to bommanahalli, and they are enquirying.

                              4th call on 4th-sep'20 - (Bommanahalli br.) - this branch updated me only 5 items received from yelahanka branch, and it was missed in that branch.

                              5th call on 4th-sep'20 - (Yelahanka br.) - when checked with them they said will send the item if is traced.

                              6th call on 4th-sep'20 - called customer care (Head office) - i have updated them where the item has been missed out and where it is laid.

                              7th call on 5th-sep'20 - called customer care (Head office) - eventhough i have given the item where abouts, they are saying still not finding it, and trying to trace it.

                              8th call on 5th-sep'20 - bommanhalli branch said still they have not received the item from yelahanka, and they have given the yelahanka head office no. And contact name - radhika, but when i called to that no. Some office person lifted the call and put it on hold for some time, and disconnected after some time.

                              I called nearly 10 times phone was ringing but no response from them, this shows the their respect to the customers and responsiveness to their customers.

                              They are not understanding, that customer is god, now a days loosing customers is loosing business only.

                              Hope some respected member of the company of respected employee will reply to this mail, and take the necessary action on this.

                                This is bill no -68766 and my friend has done the booking for bike transport to kurnool (chowrastha) on 20th 08 2020 from Ameerpet Hyd.

                                on(25/8/2020), transport people unpacked the Cover of a bike in front of me.
                                When I saw my bike, I saw that the bike back side head lamps are broken, one front end mirror is missing, Monkey cap bended(head lamp), Number plate screw plate is broken, and the tank got dent. right break level got bend.
                                This bike is sentiment for me and i have paid extra 500rs for packing to Ameerpet navata transport. My friend has told them please take care of it in a good way.
                                The Navata trasnport saying we are not the responsible once delivered, i have given complaint no solution .

                                  Booked an article on Aug 5th, and told that it will be delivered within 10 days.But not delivered till now.16 days completed, No correct info about the article where it is.Head off team says that, it is in waiting at Nagpur branch from 10th Aug and not dispatched(no reason for waiting). Indore branch says it received at our Indore head branch but unable to identify from 17th Aug. I want to know where the article is and when it will be delivered.

                                    I booked consignment (P031559) fro. Pune (Nigdi) to mulugu on aug 5th. I received message that my consignment is delivered on aug 10th. I received only 2bags and 1cotton box. My one more bag is missing. Its been already one week still no progress or information....
