We booked JEE books worth 5500/- on 30th August, We waited till 04th September but no luck, when we went to Tirupati pick up office, they got the LR but they did not get the package.
After so many calls and follow ups, after 15 days they were able to find the shipment. We learned that shipment was missing the waybill number sticker or whatever they keep it for tracking, it was missing.
The intended books were sent to hostel where our children is studying as hostler. She cant come out to pick the shipment, when I requested Navata team to delivery they are denying it.
It was so disrespectful when I am talking to customer care center, they discontinued the line saying we will do it tomorrow or day after tomorrow or later.
Though it was completely their mistake and lack of shipment handling they are denying to deliver. Basically, they did not understood the value of books and study basically what I understood. Was this information helpful? |
