I booked a washing machine from Navata Chennai - Guindy to Narsapur (534275) on 07-Jan-22 with tracking no. Y049247, today my package was reached and it was completely damaged with no proper packing, the entire inside and outside parts of washing machine was broken, all the supporting cables/trays damaged and mainly there is no back plate which is missing item (THEFT) 1.) Top plate broken. 2.) Bottom plate broken. 3.) Drum rubber squezed /damaged. 4.) Missing parts -No Back Plate (THEFT).
