Navata Road Transport — Demanding excess amount than mentioned in Invoice

I have booked house hold items from Bangalore to Visakhapatnam (Door delivery) vide LR No X055484 dtd: 18.12.2021.
I have paid Rs.10, 000 as per Invoice. Now before delivery, they are illegally demanding more money.
