Customer service center executives did not respond properly and they never had any information of whereabouts of the consignment.
Customer care people either put the calls on hold or disconnect it.
Vijayawada central manager (Mr. Rajesh), instead of providing proper and correct information has been giving some irresponsible replies and lying too about the information provided.
