Navata Road Transport — my suitcase lock is broken during transit | |||
My booking id is 27786 from hyderabad. During handing over the suitcase, lock was made infront of the authorized person at dilsuknagar branch hyderabad. While receiving we have noticed lock was broken. When enquired at aslali branch ahmedabad, they are unaware of any lock that was made, when called to dilsuknagar branch. Mr. Badri spoke rudely and challenged me to complaint to head office if i can. I press you to severe action against such issues... We are yet to determine the value of loss.
