Navata Road Transport — Not ready to take the parcel | |
On date: 14.08.2021 I from KGF contact mobile No. [protected] from my mobile no. [protected] to parcel (i.e., Suitcase and Travel bag) weight about 30-35 KGs and asked for the charges. He told approximate value is 350/-. Later I searched in your website and their I came to know its is 300/-. and again I called him and told about the website. For that he started arguing and acting as unethical behaves very rood and telling lies. He told "I am SHIVAKUMAR, you can go and tell to head office, I don't care". So because of this type of people, your are loosing many customers and reputation of your Transportation. Plz change this type of cricked person. Was this information helpful? | |
