I booked a pure teak wood cot from kotturu of srikakam dist to kompally branch of secunderabad with above said details costing around 10, 000 INR. As per your records The item has been checked at time of booking and was tagged as in good condition, but it got damaged in the transportation. Please let us know what would be the further steps in registering a complaint.

I have sent a new double cot bed from hyderbad(nagole) to kodad.before transportation in hyderabad I have packed additional in nagole branch.for that I have paid 300 rs.i have been raised an issue to customer care.but they are saying that status is delivered, you have to check during delivery.
How can I open that huge package?.that is not my duty.your officer should check the product during delivery whether the product is damaged or not.
