I have bought a recliner chair at @home (hyderabad) and sent that through navata ransport on october 8th. i came to know that it got stuck at kodada by a commercial tax officer because there is no proper documents (way bill). i did give the invoice to them. my question to navata transport is "why you booked item if way bill is compulsory". i called up navata (miyapur) branch and informed them that i will go to kodada on my own expenses and try to convince the officer so that i wont be penalized or something like that. if there is some payments that needs to be done, i am not responsible.
