Navata Road Transport — regarding delay in delivery of items bill - 81054 | |||
Dear sir, I am here by bringing to your notice that we have booked our consignment dt. On 20th-aug'20 from tadepalligudem, andhrapradesh to bangalore, bommanahalli branch. We have receive a message from navata on 25th-aug'20, saying that items have been delivered to bommanahalli branch, but when i checked with them out of 6 items only 5 items they have received, and till now i didn't get any response from bommanahalli branch office. I have lodged a complain no[protected] on 3rd-sep'20 regarding non delivery of items even after 15days. When i tried to reached out navata head office, vijayawada following is the response i am getting as below : 1st call on 2nd-sep'20 - said that they will find the cause of delay in delivery 2nd call on 3rd-sep'20 - i have lodged complaint. 3rd call on 4th-sep'20 - called to check the status, they said out of 6 items, only 5 items received to bommanahalli, and they are enquirying. 4th call on 4th-sep'20 - (Bommanahalli br.) - this branch updated me only 5 items received from yelahanka branch, and it was missed in that branch. 5th call on 4th-sep'20 - (Yelahanka br.) - when checked with them they said will send the item if is traced. 6th call on 4th-sep'20 - called customer care (Head office) - i have updated them where the item has been missed out and where it is laid. 7th call on 5th-sep'20 - called customer care (Head office) - eventhough i have given the item where abouts, they are saying still not finding it, and trying to trace it. 8th call on 5th-sep'20 - bommanhalli branch said still they have not received the item from yelahanka, and they have given the yelahanka head office no. And contact name - radhika, but when i called to that no. Some office person lifted the call and put it on hold for some time, and disconnected after some time. I called nearly 10 times phone was ringing but no response from them, this shows the their respect to the customers and responsiveness to their customers. They are not understanding, that customer is god, now a days loosing customers is loosing business only.
