Navata Road Transport — stock received delay and some cartoons empty condition

Dear Sir\Madam, On 28-04-15 we booked 11 cases of Coconut oil through Navata transport, Bhavanipuram with L.R.No.36170 from Vijayawada to Pamarru Krishna dist. On[protected] Navata pamarru branch staff received our stock in wet condition and 8 bottels were fully empty. Our distributor was made advance neft for this stock on April 26th 2015, he was not ready to receive that wet condition stock. We are sending our stock in perfect and there is no any leakage. Why our stock changed like that damaged condition.Stock value Rs.50000\-. Who gave answer for that stock to our distributor? Stock received delay more than one month 20 days and also in damage condition ... We don't ready to Liston any answer for that damage. We want solution for that damage stock.
