This is to state that I Eugene Michael r/o 591 20 C christian Copound Kishan Ganj near Rama Park Delhi
110007 was on my job yesterday 12 April 2012 in my absence one of the NDPL engineer has put one pole infront of my entrance gate .
I was not informed before doing so and not even an Noc was assigned by me.
We have even come to know that one of the ndpl offical has been bribed for the same
It is my humble request to please remove that pole and place it some where else
Hope this matter resolve on your level.so as to avoid further enqueries,investigation or complains on the higher level.

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that my neighbour Mr. Raj Singh Khatri is doing theft of Electricity. Address is B/27, Gali No.5, Mandir Mohalla, Sameypur, Delhi-42. I have already talked him many times that please don't do that because this is very illegal.

Plz do needful on urgent basis.

Yesterday, NDPL officials came for inspection & said that your meter is tempered & seal is broken. We told them that it happened due to your wireman changed the underground wiring & opened the Meter's seal to get it corrected, & even after inspection done my the NDPL official after the new wiring is done they said that the meter is fine.

Now, the NDPL vigilance officers came & told us that it is our mistake & also they proposed the load of 10 KW against the current load of 3 KW & informed that we have a hearing in their department where they could even slap a fine for tempering meter.

Please sugget we have a hearing in their NDPL office by next week

Dear Sir,

I R K Jain owner of 2nd floor , C-1/14 ,Sector 14 , Rohini ,Prashant Vihar, Delhi 110085. and have a electric connection vide CA No [protected] in the name of previous owner Jeewan lata Gupta .

Note : Thai building have many owner from Basement to 3rd Floor. 8 shop are also at Ground Floor. out of them one shop's owner name is Dinesh Ohri ( Actual Defauter)

I have submitted a request to NDPL for name change vide req no [protected] dated[protected] .

Thereafter NDPL send me a letter of dues of Dinesh Ohri vide K No [protected] that was installed at ground floor shop and disconnected on 2004 due to non paid dues by him .

After disconnection meter of Dinesh Ohri , NDPL did issued & installed a second new connection vide CA no [protected] , K No - [protected] to him in name of Mohinder Ohri s/o Dinesh Ohri at the same premises.

Presently when I request to NDPL to change name in the bill of 2nd floor . They said that your meter was issued for ground floor and said also if I will give property paper of Ground Floor / pay dues of Dinesh ohri ( Rs 16681 ) then name will be change.

I told to NDPL that my preivious owner named Jeewan Lata Gupta was the owner of Second Floor only ,She told that at the time of issue new connection she required connection for her floor and had given her property paper of 2nd floor and in actual connection was issued for her 2nd floor.

After listen the same NDPL again make a story and said that defauted connection of Dinesh Ohri vide K No .[protected] was issued for Barsati Floor .and barsati floor is 3rd floor and supply is connected at 3rd floor by my meter ( 2nd floor )vide CA No [protected] So I am liable to pay dues of Dinesh Ohri .

I have been mail him many more time that I am not liable to pay dues of Dinesh Ohri because Firstly Defaulted connection was issued for Ground Floor in the name of Dinesh Ohri who is sit in this building at ground floor shop (owned ) and have a new connection [protected] , K No - [protected] in his Son's name Mohinder Ohri s/o Dinesh Ohri.

Secondly at that time in the year of 2004 when defauted Meter was disconnected of Dinesh Ohri . At that time this building have only Basement/ Ground Floor's Shops and First Floor. 2nd and 3rd Floor was not made at that time.

After sent many mail to them also . NDPL included and send dues in my Bill with disconnection notice if I do not pay dues.

Please explain me how can NDPL included dues in my bill . I request you please remove dues of Dines Ohri from my CA No [protected] and process my req no [protected] dated[protected] and include/ recover the same by Dinesh Ohri vide CA No [protected] , K No - [protected]

Note : Disconnection notice / Due last date is[protected] . Please stay disconnection and remove dues from my CA No [protected] and ordered to NDPL for name change and pay the Panelty/ Compensation for harrasment of amoun 1.00.000 or as ordered by you.

Please reply . I hope that after involvement of you this issued will be solve as well as possible.

I have been sent to you many mail regarding of the same. In the first reply you said that the defaulted connection of Dinesh Ohri was issued for Ground floor because any floor was not mentioned on his bill so you said that it was issued for ground floor . Now you say that the same connection was issued for barsati floor which floor you do not know.

According to you only Due to supply transferred at Top 3rd floor i am liable to pay dues of Dinesh Ohri not himself Dinesh who is sit in this building at ground floor and have a connection [protected] , K No - [protected] .

Do you know that on the year 2004 in this building have only ground floor 's shops & First Floor . I want to say that in 2004 in this building 1st floor was barsati floor not 3rd floor that;s was not made at that time . It means Defaulted connection was issued for 1st floor. that's owned by a other owner . Please explain me how can you include dues in my bill . I request you please remove dues of Dines Ohri from my CA No [protected] and process my req no [protected] dated[protected]

If you can not solve this issue / do not want then please opine me What is relation with you and Dinesh Ohri . Because i have no more limit to explain to you the same. If you will not considered this truth then I will call you / send notice to you by High Court for solve this issue and pay compensation for harassments also.

Dear Sir,

I know it very well that there is no supply from my connection . I have many witnesses/Evidences for the same. I am unable to understand , why your Zonal team sending wrong information to you .what is reason I do not know. I called to our all staff to confirm about your Zonal team visit then everyone told that 3rd floor did not open by us. Without open 3rd floor how can possible 3rd floor;s inspection . one person told me also that he was demanding some . but due to ignore his demand he did sent you wrong information.

Please send your team again for verification in my presence .

I am consumer of NDPL So you can not ignore me also . I have paid my all bill timely and honestly . If your's purpose is recover money by anyone then I feel that this mail will be useless for you .

Otherwise I hope that you should passed a correct decision .

I jai ram,resident of 1/55 peshawar nagar,nirankari colony,delhi110009,few days ago ur electricity raid staff of ndpl had raided on property bearing no.-2/53A,nirankari colony,and the peoples living in the said premises were found using direct theft of electricity and even ur staff disconnected the electricity permantently,but i m observing for the last two days that without supply of electricity the family living in the said premises is enjoying all the services of electricity provided by NDPL.
Further i remain shocked to see that,family living in the same premises has again connected their wires directly to the pole near the house no.-2/53A,nirankari colony,and freely enjoying the electricity services without any hindrance,
Being the resident of delhi and an indian i humbly request u n ur raid staff to take legal action against every culprit using electricity illegaly at the abovesaid house and put them behind bars,

i am residing in G 104 ,subhash kiryana store,PREM NAGAR 1st ,70 FOOT ROAD,NEAR KIRARI NANGLOI, DELHI 110086. IT IS VERY MUCH NECESSARY TO HAVE STREET LIGHT HERE BECAUSE IT CENTER POINT OF 70 FOOT ROAD, THERE IS AMRAWATI POLY CLINIC NEAR BY ,AND WITH 3 OR 4 DAY S THERE IS 1 OR 2 CASE OF ROBBERY AND PEOPLE FEAR VERY MUCH TO CROSS THE ROAD.

I applicant Mohammad Ahmed s/o shri Hakim Ahmed. Tibbat pharmacy, plot number- 3281, sector- J – DSIDC, Narela, landmark near DSIDC office. City Delhi 110040. On 3281 transformer is located. Transformer covering railing is so close to our wall of plot. We want that railing should be remove because the water comes in our plot basement through drain. That’s why we will repair it by breaking the drain. For doing repairing we don’t have place and without remove of railing we cannot do repairing.
Please remove the railing as early as possible so that we could do our work of repairing. If railing don’t get removed by the department then we would be compelled and we can go to court.

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the theft of electricity in my area (sultan Puri). Two person late rajinder house no D2/256-57 sultan puri Dehi 86. and i donot know what is the name but i know the house number Phouse no D2/262 sultan puri Dehi 86. has been committing theft of electricity from another line in his meter please check the meter last two three year . complaint has been made regarding this many time though the net in NDPL Office site The person who is committing theft is an influential person and because of his connections no action has been taken against him. The above said influential person whose name is late rajinder husband of rani devi has installed a separate electric Two Wires (Connection) from in his meterl to here house in collusion with employees of your N.D.P.L department. He is using that electricity connection to start his water pump, Heater for cooking. Kindly take strict proper and necessary action against the wrongdoer

The person who is committing theft is an influential person and because of his connections no action has been taken against him. The above said influential person whose name is Pawan Raj S/o Desh Raj and Kamlesh W/o Desh Raj has installed a separate electric Two Wires (Connection) from street Pool to here house in collusion with employees of your N.D.P.L department. I kindly draw your attention towards theft of electricity in our locality.Mr Rajinder House no-D2/260 Sultan Puri Delhi-110086 they all are indulge in theft of electricity for last couple of years.They distribute electricity to their tenantes by illegale and faulty electricity sub meters.Please take some strict action against them.One more thing i want to share with you they theft electricity before 8 am and after 7 pm daily.All because of these peoples your costing is increased and we innocent people bare your losses in form of increase of electricity cost by you.So please do something urgently.

I think you have not read the mail which i had written to you on Wed, Jul 13, 2011 at 3:11 PM, which are mentioned are completely different and are inappropriate. because you are giving me the status of that complaints which i had made a long time ago, this is not fair please read the mail again and carefully and solve me problem as soon as possible, this is absurd that you are reply to me about the old cases not the new one which i had complaint for the activity to be done at my home by the NDPL team as it is related to the New Electric meter Connnection.

when i had written first mail to you on the same day at evening. Till now my problem is not resolved by the NDPL team and i am very upset by the Worst Performance of the NDPL Team involved in this activity. This is a worst thing done by NDPL delhi team Shalimar Bagh Zone.

I have applied for new connection of electirc meter. but till date the NDPL company have not install new meter at my home. the details of the request

several times I have remind them but no action taken by them till Date.

Last Time Your Company Executive Tell me Jab tak House me Kitchen nahin hoga hum meter ka new connection nahin denge.

Ab mere House mein Light Nahin hain jiske karan mere Family ko bahut taklif ho rahi hai. Aapse nivadan hai ki mere problem ko solve karne ki karpa kare.
Varna Mujhe Majboori mein NDPL par Consumer Court Mein Complaint Karni padegi. Jiski Jimadari NDPL ki hogi.

dear sir,this my complaint against ndpl system of working on
our requests. i had applied for change of name by request no.[protected] and[protected].
all documents were collected from me including paid bills. later they informed me that there ere dues against me
while all my dues are clear till last raise bill. on further inquiry i was stunned to know that all details of dues were wrong including name,address
k no. andca no.
when i asked for remedy they told me to go to keshav puram office with documents.
i went there today but i found hundreds of people waiting as there was no staff, no light ,no system at all. public was literally weaping there
as their problems were never solved.
i had to come empty hands as no one listens there.
with my experience ndpl is most unorganised corporate sector where no one wants to work for people.
i requst you to solve my problem witout having to visit there.
