We had reported for excess bills and requested for meter checking for its speed. After two checks the meter was declared faulty, however the bill used to come on regular basis and we were asked to pay the same to avoid disconnection and we did the same. We were assured that after the replacement of meter and thereafter observing the bill pattern for 6 months our money will be adjusted. Nothing like this happened and instead we were asked top pay exytra money in the adjustments account.
We went to the NDPL office, but nothing materialized..and we being service class people couldnt afford going everyday. Till date that adjustment is pending.
Kindly help us with that...the details for the required case ( such as connection no.) will be provided on demand.

i m a govt. employee i have allote a govt. Qtr. in Timar Pur Z-909, my current meter is yet be named on previous allottee Sh. Manmohan singh who, dues on NDPL Rs. 7500/- i m trying many time to NDPL office for to change this meter on my named and adjusted the dues from the account of Manmohan singh, but no action hand been taken so far. Why i paid this bill, becs. thsi bill not made by me. NDPL sent to me on its Keshem Pura office but nothing is done. They said you pay this bill and rejeceted my application. I went to the NDPL office, but nothing is done ..and i being service class people couldnt afford going everyday. Till date that adjustment is pending & the meter is not named me.

about 5 to 6 hours daily . our residential people are not happy with the manak construction please change into ndpl .aur baki jgha bhi (baba colony) burari maine bhi manak construction at khushal complex burari me yehi light hai lekin wahaa light nahi jati aur humare area me (bengali colony) mein bhut light jati hai
please put action on these matter as soon as possible . thanking you . i hope u will understand our problem .

NDPL/ Meter — Payment Refundable Issue

Dear Sir,

SECOND TIME REQUEST.

At the time of temporary meter connection(K No: [protected] ) we had deposit 4900/- and it will be refundable when disconnected says by NDPL employee and now when we has disconnected temporary meter now they are giving 900/- only and saying that we had not make any such type of comments. If it will not refundable then why they had make these words. please let me know where is the remaining amount has been gone and Is there no any value of words.

Please do the needful on urgent basis.

my meter not working propery it is seldomely runs now these day it being stop when loading
In previous time when there was DESU there were no such harassment to public. The government imposed this so called privatisation in electric supply and set free them for looting public. Actually these are corporates to earn money in various funny menners such as power consumption pattren etc. It means they do not believe on thier theft proof meters. It is MBA thought to make public foolish.
In short we are also suffer of NDPL, they could not deliver even regular bimonthly bills to us during first two years. They sent about 10 months bill twice in two years. Lastly they also change the meter with comment that meter was fualty to excess reading.The new meter first bill was about Rs .500/- but they charged Rs. 1500/- due to previous pattren whereas previous billing was wrong. A bulk bill was about 50, 000/-. We were not in position to deposit so huge bill at once, resulting disconnection. Ok we accept the challange and start to leave in PASAN YUG without electric.When we tried to deposit the actual bill, they said bill was 1, 00, 000/- with LPSC.It is like this that we were borrow the loan from NDPL which was become double in one and half year, strange.
NDPL HAVE FIXED SOME LIGHTS ON SOME POLE IN KESHAV NAGAR MUKTI ASHRAM BURARI CONSTIUANCY. LAST WEAK, BUT SEVERAL LIGHT NOT WORKING PROPERLY DUE SOME CONNECTION IN NOT COMPLAINT ON ST LINE.

i requested to NDPL to change the name in the bill. the connection is in the name of previous owner of the house. I want to change the name in the bill of mine. i file a request and submitt the documents to the executive who visited to my house.

but after one week when i confirmed the status of my request they told me that the property papers are not having the same address which is on the bill.
in these kahhi colony the address are so many times changed. But they refused to consider it.

I also showes them the prior chain of property papers, but they refused.

Could anyone assist me how to get the bill in my name.

Received a letter from you asking for the amount due to me for faulty meter.Sir I represented myself so many times since 2001 in this regard but the situation is same.It has been ascertained by your JE that the meter is not faulty even then I am receiving the letters of dues.Infact you are supposed to refund me the amount I paid for several months on average basis till the settelment of the case as promised by you .Sir it is my request to look into the matter.

Today I received a notice no.cecare/rrg/due.tfr/32/7025 dated 30/04/09 from NDPL as on dated 05/06/09 as per notice there is a disconnected electric connection bearing K.No.[protected] in the name of SURESH KUMAR the dues of Rs.29814/- at house no. 25B KH.NO.216, 218, 265 but my address is house no.25 KH.NO.918/108, 919/108, 920/108 GOVIND MOHALLA HAIDER PUR is totally difference there is no any suresh kumar on this address
Kindly arrange an inspection and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I am a school teacher in delhi. I got lift installed in my building and the meter of 11 KW, with K No. [protected]. The meter was installed as commercial by oversight in the domestic building with no office or shop.

I have made request many times at the helpline, and also at the office at Gopal mandir, Pitam Pura, who too sent my concern to the H.O. Once one executive came, but nothing happened.

Kindly refer my above mentioned complaint in respect of suspected faulty meter as reported vide your bill for the month of March 2009,

In this regard I would like to inform you that your maintenance persons visited my house twice since my complaint and taken photograph of the meter but they have not yet repaired/ replaced the meter till 22nd June 2009.

It was very risky for every one in street.I myself called up at the no.[protected] registered complained sharp @ 9.35 with a gap of every 30 min i tried to contect your person but every time your emp. told me that sir our duty time has been over wehenever new shift will come we will be there. finally when i reached ur office at kamla nagar than they came they repaired it @ 11.15 u can cheack the time when a singned in customer copy.WE MAKE THE COMPALINT SO MANY TIMES. ON COMPLAINT SOME WORKERS CAME AND PULL OUT ALL THE WIRES FROM THE BOX AND MAKE IN ONE BUNCH AND ATTACHED IN ONE WIRE THEN FIX INTO THE BOX THEY LIVES ALL THE WIRES OPENLY OUT FROM THE BOX.. WHENEVER RAIN COME OR WIND BELOW IT MAKE A SPARKING. ALL THE WIRES SPREAD HERE AND THERE OPENLY OUT FROM THE BOX. IT CAN MAKE ACCIDENT ANY TIME. YOU ARE REQUESTED TO REPLACE THE OLD WIRE WITH 4CORE WIRES .

So how I can reverse this amount in my itz cash card the itz transaction id no. PMGW[protected]. So please help me in this case I have no another money to pay again my bill because the amount is transfer to mr. kanta prashad account towards k no [protected].

I would like to make a complaint regarding my meter no (KNO. [protected]) Flat NO 213, Pocket - 2, Sector 23, Rohini, New Delhi 110085 is running very fast and the bill amount of the previous two months has gone twice the usaual amount for which I have made a complaint and some official also came from the NDPL to check the meter and they did carry out some test which I have no idea what they did after that they said the meter is ok but I am still not satisfied with my meter reading. So please do the needful and change the meter. I am not the only one in this society who is facing this problem.

I paid my electricity bill via net banking facility with NDPL web site. Transaction was successful and same was deducted from my ICICI bank account but not credited in my NDPL account. Two time I have complained for this matter (complain no NDPL 030431 & NDPL030709). But I do not get any response while from ICICI bake I get response that payment had already transferred on 05/09/09 (payment id [protected]).

My k no. is [protected] and I got the bill cycle 26/08/2009 to 12/10/2009 @269 units, and not get subsidory but in same building, same bill cycle of K no. [protected] @235 units having subsidory, why ?, if govt. is providing subsidory below consumption 200 units, then someone getting subsidory and someone not getting, this is an error of NDPL softwares, I have complaint them many times, but still not getting any answers.

Honorable DERC has no check, bcoz of which they are making fool of public & also the public has to digest .
my experince in NDPL is quiet worst.NDPL employees thinks themself more than supreme court judges of govt. of india,
they have the policy to install new tampered meter without doing accucheck & there after a year they will come to yours home, saying you have tampered meter (even if yours seals are intact)
then NDPL emloyees will give you the judgement that even court will kick you off because you are
the final beneficiary (as per Honorable Derc)
type of behaviour of employee with my father of 70 yrs old was disgusting, this is shame for the Ceo of the organisation. I am submiting the penalty, But i shall always remember that guy who misbehaved
with my father

Finally i would like to say NDPL is black spot in the field of distribution co.

Pichli payment maine 23, September 2009 ko 90/- rupye ki di hai. jabki maine is samay kuch bhi bijli consume nahi ki hai aur meri meter reading bhi thik hai. par mera bijli (Electricity Bill) is samay 3750- aya hua hai aur consumption 986 dikhaya gaya jo ki bilkul galat hai. Sir jab mai itlni bijli consume hi nahi kar raha hoon aur wahan par reh hi nahi raha hoon to mai kaise 986 unit consume kar sakta hoon,

My complaint no. NDPL 031792 regarding demand raised after change the defaulty meter on average basis as comprison last year while I am paying regularaly bills on actual basis. But on action has been taken of my complaint so far. It is requested to kindly solve the problem so that I able to make the payment after ratify my bill.

Some other person's electricity theft bill has been incorporated to my K No [protected]. I submitted a complain to resolve the issue with District Office Mangolpuri vide their Diary No 1297 dt 21 Oct 09 and also sent a complain to CGRF vide their Registration No CGRF 006461 dt 14 Nov 09. Since then, no reply has been received from either side nor my electricity bill has yet been reviewed. Please advise, whether I should go to consumer court to resolve the issue and unwanted harassment by NDPL Officials or I should wait for reply from them. If you can assist, please look into the matter and reply on my e-mail address.

I received the bill No. [protected] of K.No.[protected]C showing the consumption "ZERO" and earlier bills made on real reading basis. I would say one thing that in this place nobody is living since long & I want the bills on every 6 months time interval on actual consumtion and minimum load basis charges. This said bill received on without any calculation. Please rectify this bill so that I could make the payment before due date i.e. 18.12.09.

Dear Sir,
This is my second request that My DIGITAL METER is not working properly.
For this I have lodged an complaint written on 17.06.09(received by the Punjabi bagh East )office bldg Road No 22 New Delhi.110026 But till date 6 months haave been passed nothing has been done by the competent authority.
Once again It is my request Please send the person for checking.
This month I have received My Bill For Rs 120. (Rs ONE HUNDRED TWENTY ONLY )
But last bills are more than our expectations.

it is summited that ihave applied for new meter on referance k.no [protected] but your computer is showing dues on k.no [protected] its address is 382A and my address is 382 they are look like same but there many difference between both pl see my dues and survey it and waveoff objection from my applied application and issue new meter as soon as possible.

I also got a inflated bill in November/December 09 and again in January 2010 - Rs. 15250 (for 3350 units) with no extraordinary lighting/ electrical appliances. After complaint, they changed the bill to Rs. 8000/- around (I don't know on what basis). After meeting and lodging complaints the nothing has been done. Right now i on the dark side. we are only two members (both are working) in the flat located at Model Apts. Nr. M2k Pitampura. NDPL also served me disconnection notice and to be on the safer side I deposited half of the bill amount (part payment) but still it is very very much higher. They are not taking the average of previous consumption rather. I don't know where to got and what to do? Kindly suggest.

Sir I am a Govt.emplopee working in (Min.of Def.) my L.I G flat is F-7/103, SECTOR-15, ROHINI DELHI -89.since last five years i am staying in this flat and my electic meter reading was as about 233-to 324. But in the month of november 2009 all of a sudden the meter reading was 953. in this month half of days i was out of station alongwith my family. i got surprised regarding this i complain at Badli disttric office and paid Rs 50.Officer of ndpl visited my house and cheked my meter found no fault in the meter, i have already paid the amount Rs 3250, for that reading. Sir I feel it is injustice with me .Kindly do the needful.and check the matter that how meter shown that much reading for one month eventhough some time my consumption is 138KW (KVA) for one month. I am very much surprised about this meter jump. Please do the need ful as early as possible.thanking you.

I am a resident of E-184 Ramesh Nagar.Recently a new pole has been erected in front of my house.The pole was to be put at the middle of the street but the staff constructed it near 1 end(not at the middle).I went to the
zonal manager of ramesh nagar ndpl office.He behaved in a very irresponsible way shouting that whatever has been done, has been done.He refused to take my complaint and told me to go to inderpuri office

My meter of PKT E-15 H.NO. 122, GF SEC-8, ROHINI is situated outside the
premises of my builiding. Two years back the NDPL staff had put a meter in
H.NO-123 ON[protected] OF K.NO.[protected] on the name of DEEPAK
AHUJA and the main cable is taken from my BUSBAR BOX and and for this
seal was broken by staff without informing me. I can show the PHOTOGRAPH
of outside meter. But now NDLP is demanding unnecessary BILL OF AMOUNT RS 68795/-from me.
But when I knew that the seal was broken I tried to complaint . But staff has
simply refused to register my complaint by saying that the BUSBAR BOX is
the personal property of NDPL.
To complaint against this matter I went to NDPL office on 26Aug 2010 to talk to
MR .GROVER OF ENFORCEMENT DEPTT SECTOR-3, ROHINI. But he simply refused to even meet with me.
For this I have complaint on 25AUG 2010 in Harassment Deptt & the complaint no.[protected]

Theft of Electricity

Mr. NAIN SINGH, resident of Swarn singh road Adarsh nagar Delhi 33. They have Kerosene Oil depot named Nain singh oil depot. They have 2 sided faced house. They are indulging in theft of electricity by NDPL street light poll from past couple of years. Due to that before 3 months the pole got fired. They use 3 A.C. NDPL has provided them phase of one side they theif electricity from other side or street.These type of people are criminal basically so you should have punish them.
They give bribe to person of electricity board and save them always.So take some strict action against these criminals.A person named GULSHAN KUMAR helps him which is his neighbour and Property dealer now. Before many years gulshan does work of electrician. Gulshan helps him to save them from NDPL guys. Gulshan brother shop is Laxmi general store there.
