Street light not working near st giri school 3/27 west patel nagar new delhi

Loose high tension wires are hanging unattended at the doorstep of house on ground floor which is a matter of great importance and needs urgent care.

I have registered for new metre connection around 20 days ago and i have submitted all documents regarding that.
I have never received any call or no single person visited my house for new connection.
I have tried several times to connect with your customer service but i have not also recieved any response from them.
Pls look into the matter asap.

Hon'ble Sir,

On the subject cited above, I, being a very SR. Citizen, humbly request you to kindly re-issue me a modified bill against Bill No.[protected] against CA No. No.[protected] with necessary corrections thereto as per the facts as summarily appended hereunder:

a) A sum of Rs.900/- has not been adjusted/deducted from the present bill no which was shown against ADJUSTMENT head in the previous bill No.[protected]. This sum of Rs. 900/-, therefore, may please be shown as adjusted/deducted from the above mentioned present bill.

b) Prior to the present bill, all the previous bills received against my CA use shown as Sanctioned electricity load as 4 KW but in the present bill, the KW sanctioned load has been enhanced to 5.00 KW without my prior consent.
As a result of which the billing amount has also been increased/exaggerated. The KW load may therefore be decreased from 5.00 KW to 3.00 KW under my given consent. So, a rectified bill may be issued against my CA No.[protected].

c) At every time, I had been receiving my electricity bills for for one month's period, the time, the period has been increased to one month and 5 days resulting thereto, the billing amount has been increased greatly to Rs. 8730/- in comparison to the previous Bill of Rs. 5810/-. So, this error may also be rectified which will also give me a great relief when the amt. of the Bill will be reduced.

d) Lastly, it is also requested to mention here that the concerned TPDDL office has been issuing hard copies of electricity bills to all the owners of GF, FF & 3rd F except me (SR. Citizen)of the same building : I-7/46, Sector 16, Rohini, Delhi. This this type of partial treatment may please be avoided and request you to issue me a hard copy of my electricity bill against CA No.[protected] henceforth.

To corroborate all the facts as stated for reducing my exaggerated bill of Rs.8730/-, I am enclosing herewith 4 previous bills also as well. Kindly do a favour to me from being mentally & financially harrassed.

I shall ever be grateful if you sympathetically consider my request & re-issue me a fresh modified bill of decreased amt.& period against CA No.[protected] as prayed above which will console me immensely.

I wish to inform you that I am living at 95C, AD Block, Power Apartment, Pitampura, New Delhi-34. We are facing Fluctuation in Power Supply for the last 2-3 months.

Because of Fluctuation problem my Air conditioner and Refrigerator got damaged.

I, therefore, humbly request you to kindly arrange to rectify this Fluctuation at the earliest possible.

Moreover recently I came to know that this pole near my house is completely hollowed from the base, and can fall any time as it is completely degraded from the base.

My name is Ajay and I registered complaint against street lights on 15/06/21 vide complaint no is CR51676 and CR52511 which is not attending till date. Kindly repair these street lights as soon as possible.

We are facing low voltage problem from several days.please make sure give a proper voltage

Wazirabad Gali no zero here is cut the light 8 hour in day daily about 5 days please provide correct light system that we can use

SOS ATTENTION OF THE NDPL COMPLAINT TEAM
CA [protected] excessive billing since several months due to faulty meter as only one fridge is using electricity
This is repeated complaint for charging us excessive billing as only one fridge is working on this meter and each month I am being billed around RS10000 apparently by our faulty meters or defect in phase wiring etc.Each time we complain we get sms someone will come to check meter when someone comes from NDPL then they say different team will come to check meter and then another bill INR10890 shoots up for payment.

I am senior citizen this is grave injustice apparently for no fault of ours I am being penalised for non use of electricity asCA [protected] excessive billing since several months due to faulty meter as only one fridge is using electricity. I am unable to pay such hefty bills please get this complaint attended and rectify all the excessive charges levied till date. Thus i will not pay any further bill till this matter is sorted our by your company. Please take this notice to attend my complaint on sos basis. Sir/Ma'am, i would like to inform you that a electricity pillar, pole no:- 511-41/1/2/1 is placed very near just centre to my home which do not have any connections on it & the strength of the pillar is also damaged.

Therefore i would like to request you that the above mentioned pillar may please be removed so that any harm in the future to the human life can be avoided at the earliest.

Hope you will understand the situation & will take the necessary action at the earliest.

My street light no.503-26 is have not been working for many days due to which thefting at night so please fix it as soon as possible thank you...

I am a resident of Bali Nagar, Block-C.
The street lights are not working in most part of our locality.
Some of the lights in the park are also not working.
Specifically, the street lights near mother dairy booth no. 355 are not working.

Recently I applied for a new connection for the second floor of my house. Just for the note, I already have a meter connection in my house for almost 12-13 years, So after the survey, it was stated to me that the new connection can't be made as a pole(pole no: 414-36/11/5/2/1) is touching my house balcony. Just for the fact, the earlier meter we had was connected with another pole and that pole was almost 20 feet away from my house. So this clearly shows, my house was there first, not the pole which is touching with my balcony. Another thing was, they placed the pole so close to my house that it was my fault that I can't apply for a new connection again in my life. Last year, they put another pole(414-36/11/5/2/A1) which thankfully is 1 foot away from my balcony but still it is close enough if anything dangerous incident happens in the future. Please I am requesting you to demolish the existing pole which is touching my house and set up everything on the new pole so that there will be some gap between my balcony and pole and so I can apply for a new connection.
