Dear Sir,
Please see below trailing email which I am writing to ndpl bit there is no response from them. I visited their office in shakti nagar with my mother requesting not to reduce my meter load (CA No [protected]) from 5 kw to 1 kw. But even after submitting my refusal form they forcefully reduced my meter load to 1kw. Now they are not replying to my email which is again mental harassment for your customers. I request you to interfere in this matter. I am attaching my communication with them.

This is in reference of my visit in your office dated 11-7-16 at 11:30AM. Here i filled load reduction form for my CA no [protected], there I requested not to reduce my sanctioned load to 1kw but still company reduced it to 1 kw. Please find attached form which I submitted to your staff. I would request you to kindly correct this mistake from your end and convert my meter load from 1KW to 5KW back to its previous stage.
