There are two feeders giving supply to c block phase -1 ashok vihar (Maheswari feeder & green field feeder) there are frequent breakdown (2-3 times in a month) in month in maheswari feeder, main reason appears to be improper mtc. Of maheswari transformer station and its cleaning. Your substation is full of dry leaves and trimming of tree branches is also not done.

Sir,

I had made two complaints on[protected]complaint no. [protected]) & on[protected]complaint no. [protected]) regarding creepers overhanging on my house gate from the electricity lines overhead. During rains we get shock. Till now your department has not rectified the defect. In their official records the employees are showing the complaints as rectified and therefore closed. Its seems that the corrupt employees are harassing us for ulterior motives. In case there is any accident by way of shock to the residents or visitors to our house, your department would be criminally and financially liable for all the loss.

We wish to inform you that we have filed the eviction case against our tenants sh ml arora and sanjay arora vide case no e-107/2016 (Old no 22/2014) at hon district court, rohini.

We have earlier filed complaint with your office vide letter under reference that our both tenants are using electricity from the neighboring building with address 270, dhakka main road, delhi-110009, however inspite of our genuine request no action was taken by ndpl.

We now understand that sh ml arora had requested for fresh connection vide request no [protected] on 23rd feb 2017 and sh sanjay arora had requested vide request no [protected] dated 23rd feb 2017.

You may note that there is already dispute in property as case is pending at hon district court and any grant in permission of meter and electricity connection shall be illegal and matter will be reported to hon district court.

We will also request you to kindly investigate and charge penalty from the above tenants as per electricity regulation act.

there is loose connection from pole.Iin same matter I made Complaints four times. initially it was repaired by your engineers but after few days it again comes to same position. on visit your enginee, . I requested them, every time to root out the problem and suggest them to change the box but they promised to serve me better but did not do any better.Hence I will request you through this mail to root out the problem and I will suggest to change the box or change the connect point.

This is to bring in your kind notice that the street light & road light of my area has been discontinued from last 2 weeks.
We being the residence of this area are facing so much hassle due to this.

Dear Sir,

Please see below trailing email which I am writing to ndpl bit there is no response from them. I visited their office in shakti nagar with my mother requesting not to reduce my meter load (CA No [protected]) from 5 kw to 1 kw. But even after submitting my refusal form they forcefully reduced my meter load to 1kw. Now they are not replying to my email which is again mental harassment for your customers. I request you to interfere in this matter. I am attaching my communication with them.

[protected] install hua tha. january 2016 se lekar may 2016 tak average bill rs. 500 aya hai. date 13/05/2016, inke anti theft department ne hamaare floor raid maari, us time hamaare staff wife ghar par thi, raid maarne walo yaha waha ki photos liye aur theft ka case banaane diya, hamaare staff ki wife ne bataya bhi ki chori saath wala flat no 179 par ho rahi hai, par ndpl staff ne theft ka case hum par hi bana diya aur rs 98, 366/- ka bill bhej diya. sir hamaari itni aukaat nahi hai ki hum bewajah ka paisa de sake. hamaara apna ghar karol bagh me hai jo ki narela se 40 km door hai. me ek 65 saal ki widow hu. sir aap hame guide kare ki hame kya aur kaise karna chahiye.
