Ndpl — electricity bill and load reduction | |||
We are a family of 2 person and a kid and receiving high electricity bill.. We both husband wife are working and consumption is very less still bill is very high. Also we file a request for load reduction as earlier we were a joint family of 6 people. Ca number - [protected] Tata power office department where we file our request for load reduction has declined our request for no reason and no intimation to us. When called up and asked status about our request, we get to know the declined status. As per their response they declined application due to some internal issue error going on and neither they informed us nor they processed that again on their own. This is highly inefficient capability of people sitting in your department who are just claiming bill and putting penalty if not paid on time. For this ignorence your department should borne our previous two months bill as penalty because we were told after two bill cycle from the date of submission of your application, your load will get reduced and you will see corresponding lower bill as well. Highly pathetic services!! Now again we will have to bear higher bills for next two months. You can see in our bill consumption is less but other charges taxes are 3times the consumption charges. What is this happening. Is there no one authentic and responible person who can question these kind of people who do not understand common man problems. If need be and no solution provided, i will take further stern action Was this information helpful? | |||
