NDSL — Ticket not booked in preimum tatkal but money has been deducted from account

I have tried to booked premium tatakal tciker from kota to varanasi. Ticket booking has been failed due to unavailbility of seats but money got deducted from my account. trsanction details are as follows

I have written 2-3 email and tried to reach customer support help but all vain. I would like to know hen my money will be credited / refunded in my accounts.

I have applied for a new pan card and when i was trying to track it, it said no record found... my acknowledgement number is [protected] ..i am in an urgent need of this PAN CARD ... kindly dispatch the same as soon as possible ..
