PRAN not found in database
I have created the nps account of tier - 1 type. And pran is also generated. But while setting ipin or while login, i am getting error as pran not found in database.

I have applied for physical PAN Card online for myself, After Completing all the necessary thing in the application, they asked for Payment for completing my application of RS.106.90.

Sir, I am Venkatesh residing at neyveli i had minor pan card only so i applied to NDSL to update my pan card via our nearby browsing center named award net center on 21/02/22. but i dont sure that browsing center applied for me or not still now i didn't get any updates and i used to visit that browsing center daily for my pan card update but they didn't response properly i had paid rupees 150 for them . yesterday i went to the browsing center and asked them they said come tomorrow. so i told them to it is not going to work so please refund my money i had paid you so i can apply somewhere else they refused to pay me and literally i was hurted mentally 1 month i had waited bt this was happned for me.please get me justice please cancel their license and take necessary actions

I was in the process of registering for nps account. I updated my details and uploaded the required documents. Then i tried to make payment but got stuck at payment gateway. Now i am trying to login using my acknowledgement id and date, but i am getting following error from last 3 days.

Refund not issued
I have tried to apply for PAN card for my wife in the Nsdl E-Governance website.
After few pages it accepted the payment, etc., but it failed with error that "We are unable to proceed with your online pan application due to following reason:mismatch in any one or more of the following fields as per pan application with the details available in uidai database. Name/ gender/ date of birth/ name as per aadhaa"
Please help in resolving this issue and issue the refund,

e-kyc failure refund the amount
I applied for my pancard in ndsl website. I enclosed my all details and paid a fees from my debit card. But there is no generation of vid number and states that e-kyc sign failure you may create a new token for your physical pan card. Then again i done the same and create a new token number and paid the fees again.. This time also error occur in the page. Kindly refund my amount and proceed my pancard.

amount get deducted from my account, but not refunded

I initiated online transaction through billdesk on (15th feb) for nps payment, halfway through it came out stating an error, but the amount got deducted from my account in icici bank for 5012.51 and the transaction reference no is bil*[protected]*xbcmfnps_l for the same, please let me know status of this transaction and please let me know when it will be credited back to my account

Ticket not booked in preimum tatkal but money has been deducted from account
I have tried to booked premium tatakal tciker from kota to varanasi. Ticket booking has been failed due to unavailbility of seats but money got deducted from my account. trsanction details are as follows

I have applied for a new pan card and when i was trying to track it, it said no record found... my acknowledgement number is [protected] ..i am in an urgent need of this PAN CARD ... kindly dispatch the same as soon as possible ..

Delivery failure of pan card

Status : RUD lying in Mumbai
After submitting the Application form January 2014 but till today yet i have not received the PAN card, After contacting the Customer care they told me to complaint for this to consumer forum. I had already informed to consumer forum but till i have not receive my pan card.
I request you please checkout the issue and reslove it.
