NDTV — Motorola india | |||||
My fiancee have bought motorola 4g plus on 11th july through amazon india. But she started facing charging related issue. We have contacted motorola helpdesk & submitted our device on 17th august for repair. Since device is under warranty period motorola ready to repair device free of cost (Replacement of motherboard). It is promised that we will get our device back by 30th august. But till date no confirmation from company by when we get back our device (E-mails communications is attached).
