My experience this time with Neem
I do not recommend Neem Holidays. just returned back from jewels of Europe tour.just one week to tour we get our itinerary and when we go there two hotels were changed.that means we do not know the situation of the hotels earlier. the hotel at Paris was worst where the stay was for 3 days. at Mt. Jungfrao our group of 5 people were left stranded at the station and when the call was given to the tour operator he cooly told us to come by the next train. he had promised he would call us when the train arrives but he totally forgot and left off with his two colleagues who had gathered their group along. he had not bothered to check if we were around.
At the meeting of Neem before the tour we were 35 people. The meeting was 1 month ahead and then for the tour there are 60 people. 1 tour operator was handling 60 people which he managed horribly. he was attentive to only few of the tour members and was dancing to their tunes. Salzburg the attraction of Austria we saw literally running about in half hour. Never got any information about the places. Atleast some local guide should have been appointed so we would have got some knowledge about the historic town. Do not know anything about the sites where Sound of Music was shot.
On the 3rd day Neem decides to switch one 49 seater bus to a smaller 20 seater tempo traveller with uncomfortable seats. In the meeting big promises of 49 seater were given. but they failed to keep the promise. We our group of 5 were ordered to sit in the smaller bus. We refused to sit as we were all 55+ age group with knee and back problems.
The tour operator rudely told us to go back . He said you have return tickets you can go back. It was in bad taste he spoke and we being ladies.
In Paris for 3 days and we have not visited the museum not seen Monalisa painting. isn't it ridiculous.
The last day of the itinerary says visit to cathedral and then some shopping time and then drop to airport. after checking out of the hotel at 12 noon the tour operator says there is no bus to take you people for shopping. After lot of phone calls by the tour members to respective tour agents through whom they have booked and myself to Mr Manish Agarwal of Neem Group. one bus was arranged at nearly 2 pm. but the catch was the bus will leave you at some shopping place and you have to come back to the hotel on your own. Our group wisely decided of not going as we were in a foreign country and had to catch a flight in the evening did not want to take a risk. Few members who had gone by the bus came back disappointed as the driver did not know the place and he had taken them in an area where there were no shops!!! only fields.where were they going to shop and how were they to return. so they returned back in the same bus. was this also a trick played by the tour operator and the driver????
Neem does not give lunch and no proper halt neither proper hotels. vegetarians had to go hungry many times...no choice of food other than french fries..
The tour operator's favorites to whose tunes he was dancing took the small bus to Amsterdam. left early came back late after 11:30 pm. that means they customised their tour.is such things allowed in a tour.
In all a horrible experience. Think twice before travelling with Neem Holidays...
