I have booked AC sleeper class through redbus and catched a bus nl01b2194 from Ahmedabad to Jamnagar at 11 am today. This was a very old bus which has failed on the way. Driver asked passengers to wait for another bus to collect them. After an hour a running bus reached to the point which was filled with existing passengers. This was a 2by2 seating bus. There was no seat for changeover passengers in this bus. I had to standup and travel almost 200 km. The send bus staff was too rude, they used abusive language with customer and misbehaved. The overall experience was painful. The second bus driver was collecting passanger on the after every 10 kms. The stated from Ahmedabad reached Jamnagar after 11 hours, at 10 pm. Due to delay I had loose my another bus to travel ahed. I lost my time and money. I want to claim my ticket fare back and ever never recommend this travel to anyone else.

I was facing water leaking problem during my whole journey. journey was ahmedabad to adipur. i expect refund my money because i had to pay 900 rs for single sofa then what i was facing...water leaking problem... really.. whole sofa was wet during my whole journey.. so that i expect refund my money and also i didn't received any helf from bus staff..that's not fair..i want to resolve my complaint...

Bad service nd staff is too arrogant..never spoild your journey with Patel travels..they have nk respect for women and even they are manners less nd even they don't know that how to talk with women

There is huge difference between online ticket pricing and ofline ticket priceng.

Hi,
I booked my ticket from Ahmedabad to Gandhidham on[protected]. After reaching the destination, while collecting my luggage i.e. Aristocrat wheeler hard bag, I noticed that one of the wheels have been ripped apart due to which the bag has been damaged.
Would like to raise a complaint and seek redressal at the earliest possible.

I have travelled frequently in this bus due to some constraints of timing. The service of the bus is rediculoious in terms of timing driving cleaning. I will complaint to central department for the same

I was booked my ticket from patel travel website on 15 september from ahmedabad to bhuj in the morning and evening i got call from patel travels that bus get cancelled i ask to cancelled the ticket after that 10 days still not get my refund from them and customer support helpline wokers are worst response below is my PNR number please do help as soon as possiable

We traveled by Patel travel by Patel Travel Bus on 18.09.2022 at 12.15 fro Baroda to Rajkot. On the way about 25 km. away from Rajkot, teh gearbox of the bus was failed. It war about 7.00 pm. there was no network. Being Senior Citizen we were worried. We were wondering in dark. I requested to make some arrangements for us. But they asked to wait till their own bus arrives from Ahmedabad, which was supposed to arrive after about 2 hrs. Our relatives at Rajkot were also worried. After half an hour, we therefore decided to go by Auto and Paid Rs, 4oo.oo to Auto. I contacted the Rajkot and Ahmedabad Office, Also complained through their feedback system but there is no response. My PNR No. was[protected].

From Ahmedabad to anjar we have booked a ticket of 7 person and they have given us only 4seats and even they don't inform us that you will get the seats like this with us there was also 3 daiyabitis pashents even the booking agent don't tell the corect time and taken extra money Patel travels
Pls everyone most be care full and clear for the seats that they are giving the seats as per the person our not be aver in our bus there was also many people of city anjar the agent has taken different types of rupees from us the take 600 from another person how where also going to anjar from them they have taken 900 and from another 1200

There was an emergency in family my grand mother just expired and there was booking @7 which we requested to change the time due to such reason and the Denied and canceled the ticket I paid 1100 for this service?
In past also I was at abad and I was coming back bus was canceled due to less passengers and I had to wait for 3hr

I have booked ticket in patel travels on 17th august wednesday and I am mentioning bus details here- bus number is NL01B2203.boarding point is Rajkot big bazar patel tours and travels gujrat.
There was no curtain in bus I have travelled without curtain I mean i did not feel secure without curtain if i travelling alone then i do nit have any issue but with family with my wife I was travelling so its bus staff responsibility
And very important thing bus timing is 10PM but they moved that bus before time.They moved before 3 minutes if passenger come on time i mean come on 10 pm so he will miss that.so why they moved before time.
Please take action on this issue as a hight priority basis.

Bus no 710, reporting time from ahmedabad is 10:00 pm, actual arrived time 12:20 AM, not informing about which station it is ... I m far reached from my actual destination and company not sure about how will I reach

so my deal is cancel
i have lose my 20 lakh rupees deal
so patel travels bus service not good not good timing

17 July 2022 Ahmedabad rajkot bus departure time 06:30 Am for Prahlad Nagar but bus come to 7.09 am and after long time stay on the way

If bus pancture so I accept but every time this problem not accept

Bus charge high but not proper service provide so kindly powerful action and reply urgently

I also late for my destination rajkot

I booked a ticket through redbus from Dwarka to Vadodara for travelling on 30th April 2022 evening. Bus was Volvo AC Sleeper. Just after traveling 96 kilometers from Dwarka, there was a breakdown in the bus. We have to wait for 3 hours then bus was repaired and we again started the journey. Near reliance Toll gate again bus was stopped. When was asked, we were informed that another bus will be coming and we will have to shift. Another bus was AC but not Volvo. Bus was not upto the mark . Further Journey was ridiculous. To add in the Problems, when we reached Ahmedabad - Paldi bus was stopped at one Fuel pump for diesel top up. It took around and hour for this activity. Finally, we reached too late to Vadodara after facing a hell of Problems.

This is not expected from a well known bus service provider like Patel Tours and Travels.

Hoping a huge improvement in the service. And i will not prefer Patel Travels bus on this route. When I checked reviews of this bus and route on redbus, it is 2.9, I think it shall be even less than that for this route. When one of our traveller asked customer care for refund of partial amount (as the bus provided was not volvo) customer care refused to pay partial amount.

My complaint is as mentioned above and I request Patel travels to refund the partial amount to all the travellers travwlling on 30th night via teplaced Bus number NL-01-B-2175.

Request you to respond on this matter on urgent basis.

We have booked ticket from jamnagar to rajkot through redbus.

Booking was in seating but travel operator asked to seat in sleeper bus and also seats are changed 3 times.

Also tjey have asked for ticket rs while ticket rs was already paid.
