No lights working, AC flap/closure not working.u know as winter is there temp is so low it is bearable to stay on saet E3 E4 in bus as no closure. No pillow, blanket provided Even such a big amount was paid although seat was confirmed, in the middle of night 3rd unknown person was given seat on the way this really disgusting and way the cleaner/ conductor who was behaving ridiculous no Manner's Really disappointed...
