I have booked ticket through red bus from nashik-pune ticket no. Tmav1491701 & pnr: 82328115 travels: neeta tours & travels departure: 11:45 pm oct1, 2018. Before 15 minute of departure neeta tours& travels officials called me & told that your bus is cancelled. After cancellation i have not received refund.
