We have paid the amount 1, 36, 000/- for 2 persons through online on 19th July 2012


Later on we got an email from them stating that the trip has been cancelled due to some problems like snowfall etc.,


we thought to travel in 2013 and since their response was poor we have taken back step and claimed for refund

They said the cheque would be given by 30th July 2013.Since then they have been postponing and now it is April 2014.
They are not answering our calls properly and avoiding our calls. We were doing the follow up with them since July 2012 and there is no use.We didnt get our payment of Rs:136000/- back.

Kindly do the needful so that we can get our amount back.And also take some serious action against them for duping people so that others will not suffer again .
