Marg, New Delhi - 110001 Ph:[protected] / 143 / 144 / 861 /252 Mob: [protected], [protected] /49/51/52 Complaint By S.Vishnu Teja We are couple from Hyderabad Brief on the problem We are couple booked Manas sarovar yatra paying 68000Rs per head total of (Rs 1, 36000Rs) in 2012 July for August .This is the message sent by them This is to inform you due toheavy snowing in the Kailash region all the groups are stopped, no permits, visas are granted for the remaining groups in fag end of this season 2012. Again we have asked for May 2013 they were unable to arrange .Hence we requested for money back . We have been contacting them repeatedly on Phone calls & emails .There was no proper response and finally in March 2014 27th i have recieved a letter from them saying 40, 000 would be deducted .We have been mentally harassed .They should be severly punished .Attached documents are the letters from them .Kindly act on this .
