My name is Ashutosh from Navi Mumbai and Neptune Developers Ltd had allotted me the flat No. 1610 in their JAL TARANG Tower in D WING under the project called RAMRAJYA in Ambivali.

I had paid almost 13 lakhs rs towards the flat which was under construction and based on their demand cum invoice notices i paid the demanded amount . This was almost 2 to 3 years back and when tried to contact the builder or their offices or phone nos no one is responding and traceable.

Worried about the hard earned money and the future of this project .. Please help us in resolving this issue which is disturbing and heart burning.

    We had booked 1bhk flat 10 years ago In your project Named Neptune Swarajya Ambivli. I was alloted the flat in Building no 8 B, Flat No: 305, Sector II. The agreement was also made between us & registered. We have been following up with the concern office at Ambivli & were given false promises with no fulfillment. We were told that the project will be completed in 2 years, but it is now more than 10 years & are still not given the possession of our flat. It is very disappointing & upsetting that we are still not in the possession of our flat. Several request were made over the telephone to your concern office but with no response.

    We here by request you to please look in to the matter & give us the possession of our flat at an earliest preferably within one month. Failure to this, we will have to knock the doors of the court in the matter for further legal action in the matter. We will also write to the RERA department of the Government for the justice.

    Please also note that all your telephone numbers are not connecting for quite some time & we are unable to contact your concern office. This is giving us a negative message that we are duped & may our invested amount is taken away.

    If we don't get any response from your side within one week, we will first lodge a complain to the police with all the documents & then will take up the matter legally.

    Hope you will not compel us to take any extreme steps & will responsibly connect to us & give us the possession of our legitimate property at an earliest.

        Hi, I have sent 3 emails and tried calling customer care numerous times for refund of my flat - unit 2404 in Jal Tarang-D. I have paid 14+ lacs 2 yr back and there has been no response from the Neptune group on either the project or the refund status. Please assist me asap.

                      Progress about the construction

                      I have booked the flat in Ekansh A and now I want the information about the construction of this building when it's construction will finish also provide the latest images of this construction project also share the contact number of customers care all contact number is not working and I have sent the various emails regarding this but no one responded. Is the construction will finish at the end of March 2022....

                      I had booked flat in Akansh D 401 ramrajya.
                      I have been trying to connect to your customer care team number to get the status on my pre- EMI deduction refund but there is no response, since Oct'20 i haven't got a single panny from you guys, bank charging the amount of rs 4472 to me every month, every time your team says that will get the refund soon where the hell is my amount, if you want fulfill your commitment than you guys make your customers fool. I need my all deducted amount to be get refunded ASAP otherwise I going to raise complaint in consumer court on your company

                          Hello I am Dr Abhay Sharma, I have book a project with Ramrajya in 2018 and paid the booking amount and also the stamp duty/registration fees and the GST amount.
                          previously at the time of booking they were giving prompt response but now they are worth of nothing.
                          they are all just money eaters who have taken our hard money and not giving any response now.
                          Till date they are not giving any progress on the construction of the project or when they will start.
                          whenever we call them they will ask for money our money is not on road to give them.
                          Are they going to start the project also or not that also no idea.
                          Now when we call they just say no funding
                          they have just looted the hard money of the poor peoples.

                            From september 2020, builder has refused to pay subvention payment to banks but they told that customers will pay Pemi to bank and builder will pay to customers. But builder have paid only one month pemi to customers. Afterthat from last 5 months not paid. Builder has told that emi will commenced only after possession. When have booked flat in 2018.

                              We bought a flat in neptune swarajya back in 2011, till today in june 2020 we still are waiting for the possession despite all our payments being cleared. We keep getting false promises that possession will be given the same year but still the possession is not given. Let us know if we should take legal action.

                                I am Kuladeep Choudhury from Kotwa Varanasi -UP, I have been working in Dubai since 2009 to Present. In June 2018 I booked a flat in Kalyan Mumbai in Ramrajya Project and builder is Neptune group I paid 20000 INR as a booking amount, and 175600 paid in advance for Stamp duty and Registration. In September due to my some personal issue I had to canceled the booking and same i sent email to Neptune group then i got email telling that booking amount will not be refund even though i did not sign any such agreement, after that i agreed on sacrificing the booking amount and I send email to Neptune group telling that since i have not registered the flat yet kindly refund the stamp duty & registration amount for that I have been following up for 60 days but did not get refund yet. they called me one time for check collection but date and name was wrong and they are doing it intentionally . I am seeking your support for the same and I highly appreciate.

                                  Ramrajya team demanding false payment for delay interest pay. But there is delay from there end. No one is ready to listen from ramrajya team as well as neptune group. They are harrasing customer every day. If any one else facing same issue then let me know we will raise this issue and take action against this false demand what they are asking more or less every day. There is a delay from there end then why customer baer cost for it.

                                    I have booked 1 BHK flat Dated September 2009 in Neptune's Ambivali project. Company had promised to give possession in 2 year. Since years when I visit it's office, we call their office for work status, every time they
                                    ( Mr. Samir/ Mr. Bhushan ) keep telling will give possession in coming December, July.

                                    We received one letter from Neptune in the month of March 2017, Stating that The work will be completed soon ( There was some Building Numbers Mentioned ) and we will give you Possession in the end of September-2017.

                                    Today Is 03 September-2018, till date there is no any confirm date released for the Possession. We keep calling them for work Status, but I noticed that all the time Neptune Representative is ready with the new excuses.
