I registered the complaint with nestle in June but they didn't respond. Then again I registered the the complaint in July and they registered the complaint and according to the warranty they provide on the product if they couldn't solve fix the product they gonna replace it. And they agreed on on-call and email that they gonna replace the product on 15 July. Still, they haven't replaced the product yet and every time I try to contact them they say they are working on it but they haven't taken any steps yet. It's being more than 2-3 months since I registered the first complaint and being more than 45 days since they accept to replace the product but every time they are bluffing me Was this information helpful? |
