Sir,
I sudhir gupta owner of shivam enterprise runs a big mart in south delhi.we are facing a problem with distributor as he is not able to supply properly .He is dictating his own terms and condition as to give supply before 11 am in the morning and after 7 in the night, when stock manager has completed his duty.We deal with so many companies and purchase 5 lakhs of goods every month of nestle but Due to improper supply, we are facing lot of problems.We have reported to CHO Mr Nikunj, who is the regional head in south delhi but he is not able to solve our problem.Kindly solve our problem as we want continuous supply of nestle products.In this problem only we and the company are suffering so kindly solve this problem.Look forward for redress.

Dear Sir,
We, the below mentioned are traders (wholesalers & Retailers) from Leh (Ladakh Region).
We are facing very acute manuplations, discrimation & fraudulent modus-operandi being adopted by your sole distributor since long as per detailed below.
1. Leh is basically a feeder market, people come from far flung areas to buy goods from Leh
2. Mostly traders/ people (85%) are uneducated, / illetrate.
3. Maximum 95 % retailers are locals (Ladakhis) with only 10-12 wholesalers outsiders
From Jammu & Punjab
4. Your distributor Mr. Devki Nandan Aggarwal is basically from New Delhi.He is not operating
His business at Leh himself. He is just a representative in companies eyes. When ever any
Top official from your company visits Leh, Mr. Aggarwal reaches two days before Leh, only
To show that He is owner. This practice is adopted since last more than 15 years.Other wise
How can a single man can handle distribution/ Cfa at four place, that too without his personal envolvement .
5. Very recenty your distributor cum Cfa has changed the title of his Firm i.e Ladakh Sales Corp.
(25 yrs old firm) to M/s. Sumit Sales Corp. (new firm). There are so many reasons behind the
Change in title of firm.
6. Basically the business has been internally taken by the brother of Mr. D.N Aggarwa.
7. His brother, s name is Mr. Jadgish Aggarwal. His firm at Leh are M/s. Lucky Distributors,
S.K Enterprises & M/s. Sharma Traders.
8. As during this winter Oct-Nov-2009, your Milk Maids, s competetior Amul, s Mithai Mate has
Not been stocked in Leh market. Mithai mate was out of shelves during Oct-end2009.
8. Only Conndense milk available is now Milk Maid in Leh & Kargil.
9. You company Nestle is giving 200-300 Trade scheme on Mlk Maid in the market
10. But your physically working distributor who is also the distributor of Britannia Newzealand
& other brands of Milks is cheating the customers. They transfer maximum stock of Items
Having good trade schemes like Milk Maid to their other concerns i.e Lucky Distributors &
Sharma Traders & sell goods on higher rates. The person operating all

12. So where is justification of fair trdae for unedicated & poor people of this region.
13. M/s. Sumit Sales Corp. is just selling direct billing stock to certain selected outlets, who areBeing visited by your sales team only during summers. During winter nobody comes from your
Company, & the distributors enjoys the monopoly & adopted black marketing practice, like
Mentioned above in case of Milk Maid
14. Sir if the practice is not checked, stopped or extra charged money is not refunded to poor people, certainly we will fight & file a written complaint to the right authorities & court of Law
15. During summers you distributor issue computerized bill s, but as soon as your officials stop their visits in winter, manual billing is adopted
16. We have taken the matter so many time to you Connaught place office with Mr. Madan, but
Nobody there is serious. We understand that, they may have some personal financial under
Standings with your distributors, who is earnig / charging extra Rs 250-300 / per Case of Milk Maid & other products like confectionery, soups, Noodles. Even scheme on everyday D/W
Is not paseed on to customers & retailers are requested to put their stamps on blank papers.
All these issues has been come to notice of all traders recently held Merchant Association
Discussion on price hike on commodities.
With a hope that a MNC like yours will look into the matter seriously.
