Nestwood Estates Pvt. Ltd. — No work at the project after 15 months of booking

I have booked a 3 BHK flat at Nestwood Maple in March 2015. There is no work happening at the construction site after 15 months of booking. While the builder has taken the booking amount they have not yet finalised the Tri party agreement and not replying to queries relating to the project.

I have written couple of mails to the builder requesting them to reply to queries. The points on which I would need immediate response are as follows: -

1) Elaborate on the construction status at the site,
2) Payment plan phase wise
3) Exact date of signing the agreement
4) Exact Date of completion of the project
5) Company policy regarding delayed possession.

These are very basic queries to which the builder should reply immediately. However even after a month they have not responded to the query.
