Netfire BroadBand — No internet service since more than a week

Dear Sir, I'm using netfire broadband since[protected]. I have paid Rs 2000 as installation charges and paid 1100 as first month charge as its prepaid service. There is no intimation for recurring payment and also there is no online payment. I was asked to pay the rent to their ICICI account every month before the cut off date, even then they are not providing the uninterrupted service. Every month I have to call them and inform that I have paid the amount and then they will take their own time and provide the service. I'm very much frustrated on this. Since 25th of October the service stopped due to rain and I tried of following with them. Service provider is not answering any calls too and even if they pick up, they are not responding properly. I would have made around 30 calls in this 2 weeks Requesting you to please take necessary action against these cheats. Also please take necessary action to provide uninterrupted service. please note tha this is the third time i'm complaining about this worst service provider.
