[Resolved]  Netmeds — Amount debited from my account but order not placed

I have ordered 2 quantities of t-bact ointment of 15g each on January 30th, 2022 and have made a online payment of Rs.478.95, but there is no order placed in my account. It's been more than 24 hours, I ordered the medicine, still it is not reflected in the order history. I tried to contact the customer care through chat and call but have not heard back from them. I need the order to be placed or refund of the amount I have paid. For proof of payment I will attach the copy of the payment below. Please take an immediate action.
