My name is Ravi Raj.order id is[protected]A i order medicine on 21 November 2021.But unfortunately pin of deliver area is wrong i.e 110035 instead of 110032.
I call your customer care then i told about this to your executive.he told me that''sir aap nishchint rhiye apka ye order cancel kr deta hu and aap fresh order place kr lijiye aur apka refund 24 -48 hours me aa jaega.on the assurance of customer support executive i place a new order .now the play is start .i receive medicine on my order.i also receive medicine which your executive tell me that order is canceled. Now i got double medicine. I call to your customer care executive they raise a return request .after many calls pickup agent is coming.i return all medicine .i regularly call to your executive. But this is your worst customer service. Which people you engaged for customers care service they didn't get any right. Which persons get right it impossible to get connect with them.till now i didn't get refund. You people make customers fools.you take medicine and also not refund my money. I call several times but same executive says your issue is highlighted and escalate to seniors. But no one in netmeds get care of customers.

        Problem : - Wrong Product Delivered
        Even after more than 10 emails, i'm getting one response every time - "Please note that we have forwarded your issue to our concern team."
        When will this concerned team respond.
        I don't want any exchange i want the full refund and i'm never going to order from Netmeds from now on.
        Give my refund, take your product. That's all i want and i wont bother your company after this.

                Although I never got any response to my e-mail's.
                After contacting Cust care twice, I rcvd my refund today. There was lot of noise around the cust care agent, I could barely hear him. Pls improve his working conditions.
                You may close my case.

                  Hi placed an order of medicine from Netmeds and I received partial order delivery and some medicine were missing in the items delivered.

                  I raised with netmeds and I got the inital response that they are looking into this and nothing happens. Its around 1 month and I have dropped them 4-5 reminders but no response.

                  Pls look into this isssue, they can not cheat us like this in pre-paid order

                    I had successfully placed orders for medicines and pud for them. One medicine ROSUMAC has not been delivered. It was being shown as order under process. Now I find that the order has been cancelled without assigning any reasons. I have sent mail to [protected]@netmeds.com regarding undelivered medicines. No reply or response from the company.

                      Prepaid for emergency medicines and they are not providing the service.
                      Using pathetic ecom express courier to deliver and they haven't deliver even after several days of picking up the order that too from same state in India. Also lot of people facing the same issue. Using our prepaid money for their businesses and playing with lives of patients.
                      Customer service is a joke. They simply take a call and just give false assurances. Its a scam. Also they cut the call in between.
                      No reply to any of the emails sent.
                      I have all the evidences.
                      Ordered medicines thinking that they deliver it within deadline.
                      Need double compensation from netmeds at this time and it increases as time goes.

                        I placed an order for SEBAMED FACEWASH on 4/02/2022 at 10:55 pm and made a payment through Paytm UPI. The payment was successful but I didn't get any order confirmation on phone or email; even the orders page of netmeds app doesn't show this order.
                        I have attached the payment pic.
                        I tried calling the toll-free number but was of no use. The bot on the app is useless as well

                        I want you to resolve this immediately and initiate my refund.

                            My order id is[protected]M It's been more than a week almost 10 days, I did my order on 24th of January and till now I haven't received the product. I have made several calls and this is my second mail yo netmeds nothing yet received.

                            I called more than 4 time Customer representative picked the call and promised they deliver the parcel asap. It's been more than 10 days and I did not receive it.

                            This will be my last email to netmeds after this I will be filing a complaint against netmeds on consumer forum/court and will also spread this news socially because netmeds promises to deliver goods on the very next day.

                            This is very unprofessional and disrespectful that the customer is been waiting for the product eagerly. Moreover, I have also paid for the product if you guys aren't able to deliver my parcel return my money as soon as you get into this complaint.

                              When I ordered medicines it shows I will be delivered in 01/02/2022 but still now I haven't get my medicines. It's a big problem to a diabetic patient to skip the medicine.

                                I have ordered some medicines (Order ID:[protected]A) from Netmeds on 27th January from which suborder part 3 (Order ID:[protected]ASO3) has not delivered and for sub order part 4 Netmeds has taken much higher amount than the delivered medicines.
                                I have already mailed Netmeds three times and also called several times but Netmeds didn't respond once.
                                Netmeds makes false promises during advertisement but show zero interest on customer satisfaction.
                                Just pathetic service!

                                        Ordered a product (Moisturex Soft Cream) and the Order ID[protected]A. In the app, it shows as delivered however, I have not received the product yet.

                                        I Called the customer care 4 times and your customer representatives acknowledged that the product was not delivered . However, there is still no resolution.

                                        I would need to cancel this order & need the money returned to my source account ASAP. Looking forward to hearing from you today.

                                        I am very frustrated with your service and if there is no response, I would be posting my poor experience on social media by 3rd Feb.
