I purchased some medicine from NETMEDS online. on delivery I found one item missing and another item where manufacturing month is sept-20 and it is valid for 15 month i.e expiry in jan-22. Then and there I reported to the customer care. but despite of several reminder they did not responded. Then seeking no alternative I reported their CEO. who assured that the escalation team will resolve the issue. Despite no customer team team is responded. Believe me, they are team of THICK SKIN. DO NOT BUY PRODUCT FROM NETMEDS.

I personally switched to TATA 1MG. service is wonderful and very responsive

    I placed an order ...so I choose online payment . my money is deducted from bank.
    But the order details are not shown in the app. it doesn't show the order in orders section.
    Please refund the amount .
    I send mails, calls to netmeds but still no response from them .they didn't reply anything.

    I ordered medicines from the Netmeds app on 26th January 2022, for which the payment was made using debit card through gpay app. The transaction was successful and the amount was debited from my account. But there was no confirmation of order placed from the Netmeds. In the Netmeds app there is a section of MY ORDERS, even there my order was not mentioned. I have attached the photocopy from the Gpay app which states the Transaction number.
    I tried to get in touch with the customer support team of Netmeds through Email, call and chat but the complaint left unattended. They didn't took any steps to resolve the complaints.
    Kindly take the appropriate action to refund the money.

    Yeah...I got refund...try to contact them in the app using chat option (help )...they will provide their experts into line to contact u ...and tell your issue to them ...I solved my problem using that option only

Online tracking status was updated on 14th as delivered, immediately I start approaching customer care and on a daily basis their representatives assuredly me that they are investigating and my medicine shall be delivered soon.       Yesterday I submitted a complaint regarding my delivery.
      And in today morning I receive a sms in which there is mentioned that my product is coming today but still they didn't delivered.
      And today I have my last dose of medicine.
      Worst delivery experience..earlier my product delivering on time but nowadays there is so much problem.

        Hi Team,

        I would like to inform you that there are few items missing from the medicines I ordered from your pharmacy app on 07/01/2022
        Order Id:[protected]A. However, I can see that still my order is under processing status from longer period. Even after couple of reminder calls your team is soo negligent on this, in spite of explaining the urgency for medicines I ordered for diabetic patient.

        Below are the list of missing items of my order.

        1. Eliwel 10mg Tablet 10's - Quantity : 3
        2. Gemer 1 Tablet 15's - Quantity : 3
        3. Respira Syrup 100ml - Quantity: 2
        4. Eberjen M Cream 10gm - Quantity: 1

        Also, attached screenshot for your reference for the same. It would be great if you send the missing medicines as soon as possible.

          Delivery date was 31st, Dec, 2021.
          Till now not recd medicine.

            Now i have not received the refund amount.

                I have ordered regular madicine on 15 Jan 2022 at netmeds.
                Medicine I have ordered all important madicine and it's for Diabetic...I can not keep my 66y mom for a single day without Madicine.
                Status shows medicine shipped from dt.15.01.2022 at 2.18pm till date
                I received 2 madicine out of 3 and they splitted my one order into 3 deliveries/ parcels.
                When I contacted the customer service I unable to get proper response
                My problem in this is my mom is waiting for this madicine for a long time without taking regular madicine... In top of it if netmeds can not able to deliver, it's a responsiblity that they have to intimate the patients that the medicine will not be delivered.Nothing has happened in this case.
                So people reading this complaint request you to think twise before ordering the madicine on netmeds. ( Or any online portail ) for their own reasons they don't bother even patients pass away.
                Being a care taker please be very careful for your loved once.

                  I have ordered few medicines from netmeds .com of amount 2376.90 rs on 12th January / 11.40 pm and it showed the estimated delivery date was 16-18jan . Since then the order is showing prescription under review and the order has not been shipped till now . After seeing this I called the netmeds customer care number and registered a complaint regarding this on 17th jan and they said we have informed the pharmacist about this order and due to unknown reasons this order might get delayed 1 day and it has already shipped, maybe the app is showing something else ( complaint no. [protected] ) . Since then I have called several times on their customer care number to get a update on the complaint previously registered regarding my order and it seems they are dodging my calls intentionally and after waiting for several minutes my calls are getting cut before i get connected to the customer care executive . I have already paid in full 2376 rs for the order and this is how they treat their customers . I feel scammed as they aren't informing me anything about my order and they have kept me waiting for more than 7 days, those are important medicines on which one's life depends and these people after taking the money and giving a estimated delivery date not complying to it is a serious issue and I want my medicines as quickly as possible and I need to be compensated as this kind of behaviour is not acceptable . Please take stern measures against them .

                    Picked up by QWIK on 8 Jan at 4 pm from a seller 16 Kms from my address in Bangalore not delivered till now (12.00 PM 19 Jan). Did you deliver it to Kareena Kapoor by mistake ?? Are you trying to kill the brand Netmeds to come out with Reliance medicines ?? Should I tweet tagging Mr. Ambani and Kareena Kapoor ?? Maybe they are ignorant about the incompetence in Netmeds.

                        I placed two Orders with Netmeds and also purchased their Prime Subscription for Rs. 499 a Year on 3rd January 2022

                        The Expected Delivery date was 5th January 2022. However on 5th Jan 2022, the medicine was showing as being delivered from another state and post enquiring with customer services they stated they dont have stock of the medicine in Maharashtra and i will have to wait. I asked them to cancel the order and my membership and refund my money back as i was not happy with such answers and this service. They informed they cannot cancel order and i will have to refuse delivery to get a refund.

                        Finally, the delivery agent showed up on 7th Jan and 8th Jan for the orders. Both were refused and the same is showing up on their Tracking. The Medicines are still showing as being returned to their original destination around 10+ days after being refused and the refund has also still not being initiated.

                        It is now impossible for me to take the medicines. I have no other pending orders. I also hadnt opened the package and refused delivery as also mentioned in Courier Tracking. So why is the company delaying the refund and also not willing to check with the courier company why the delay in returning the medicines back to the original location.

                        Or is it that the medicines has been delivered back but Netmeds is purposely delaying my refund.

                              Order placed on 24th December still shows processing status, even after repeated follow ups no proper resolution from netmeds it's already been close to one month since I placed the order.

                              Order had 3 shipments, out of which 2 have delivered status and one is still in processing.

                                Canceled the order more than month before

                                Got refund of delivery charges. But for this order I voucher which company is not allowing me to use for next order.

                                    I need 25 no. of Accu-Chek Instant s Test Strips They had supplied Accu-Chek Active strips. After requesting to take back and supply the item i needed, they again supplied the same wrong item on 3rd Jan.
                                    Initially netemds customers care was assuring to supply the item i need and resolve the issue, but now they are totally silent and not responding.

                                    Either they take back the wrong item or refund Rs.666/- which i paid to them
