Hello,

I have ordered medicines on 16th January & delivery date was 17-19 January. Still order is not delivered fully. Only 1 of 2 is delivered. Status is marked as processing. I tried to talk to customer care on this many times. But they are also not providing solution. I kindly request you to please check & provide solution. Order ID is[protected]M. Iam unable to cancel the order also at my end. I spoke to customer care to cancel it. But no response.

Medicines are ordered because of your promised delivery dates. But netmeds is playing with our belief. It is happening thrice to me. Please understand that medicines are very important in this pandemic. But you are playing with our belief in you which is not at all tolerable.

I request kindly look into it & provide solution.

    Not refund total online prepaid amount of Order ID #[protected]W in last 26 days in my my account.

    I have paid amount online but Netmed refund amount in NMS Super Cash i.e Netmed is not refund amount in my account.

    I have called multiple time to customer care but not got money back to my account.

    However added money in NMS Super Cash.

      I bought cancer treatment medicine worth 9000 rupees in the last week of December 2021. However when I received the package it was so badly packaged and shipped that the tablets had been crushed and some had even popped out of the strips.

      When I contacted the customer care they could not be bothered about it and only upon insisting that they take back and refund the amount they agreed and told me that they would arrange for a reverse pick up which never happened till date.

      Several follow up with customer care by email resulted in standard template reply with zero concern for the customer concerns.

      A guy on live chat promised me that they would promptly arrange the pickup and refund in 3 days. It is now 5 days as of this writing (23 Jan 2022).

        Hi,

        I ordered few products from Netmeds on 11th January vide order number[protected]W. The order was supposed to be delivered by 14th January. No one from their team called me for the prescription for 4 days. No one replied from the customer support email either. The telephonic customer support just kept on saying that we will arrange a call for prescription. Emailed their management and the order was approved. The copy of the prescription was never shared with me btw. The order was delivered on 18th January. It was missing 2 soaps and the rest of the products were fine. Immediately called and mailed them the photos but no one is replying now. What is a customer supposed to do in this situation if a company is ignoring the customer? Kindly look into this.

          I had ordered my medicines (zecal, follihair and ocid 20) a few hours back.
          I made a payment of Rupees 509 from Google pay, but the order is still pending (declined), and the payment has not been confirmed yet. My money has been deducted but the order has not been placed at your end.

          I have attached both the receipt of the transaction (on google pay where amount 509 has been paid to you) and the pending order details on my netmeds account. Kindly expedite the issue, either refund my money or confirm the order. Or I'll have to take strict action.

            I have raised a return request on 3rd January 2022. Reference no. [protected]
            they have taken the return request & they confirmed the amount will be credited to the Netmeds account. Return request reason- Doctor changes the prescription return request details as below:

            a.Torglip 50 mg Tablet 10's = 18 sheets

            b. Remo 100 mg Tablet 15's = 1 Sheets
            Already 20 days over & I have called many times to Netmeds customer. when I call they will commit they will pick up the medicine within 24 hrs. But still, now no one called me to pick up the return request medicine. I am Requesting Netmeds to do the needful immediately because I want to place an order for newly prescribed medicines.

              I have ordered for OneTouch Select Test Strip on 17 th Jan'2021 but still i have not received my order and no updates regarding the product delivery received from NETMEDS. When i tried to contact the customer care i was waiting more than a minute on a call but no one attending and the call getting disconnected. Respond immediately

                I have order a medicine more then a month before but still on date order was not received after many reminders & requests. There after I give cancellation request but still on date neither cancelled order nor refund process.

                  I order a face wash on 20th Jan. My amount was debited but Netmeds declined my order after that and didn't even issued a refund!

                  I tried contacting their customer care team regarding this but there was no response from their side!

                  I want my refund now!
                  This is very unprofessional. They debit the amount... Decline the order for no reason and then don't refund the amount as well

                    I ordered medicine on December 5th. Due to fake update by courier my order showing as delivered. This statement also confirmed by Netmeds customer care. I requested for refund on 8th December. But till now i didn't received my refund. More than 40 days i waited for refund. Everyday i am contacting customer care and mailing also but no use till now

                    Why I need to wait for my money, if i won't get my refund i will take a legal action 100%

                      The order status is delivered although the order was not delivered and it’s been 21 days no refund is initiated .
                      Teams doesn’t respond to emails nor to call .
                      Through chat they will ask to wait for 24-48 hrs to resolve the issue but no updates from the team .

                          Hello sir, I have ordered the medicine (Hald SR 400mg) on 11th January, 2022 from Netmeds(Order ID[protected]A) for what expected delivery date was 14/15th January, 2022 But still I have not received my medicine as its 21st January, 2022 I have called so many times on your customer care number and requested for fast delivery and every time I have been assured that I will be received the same as soon as possible but I have not found any proper response from your team. I have also contacted your courier partner for the same but they also were unable to update about true delivery date. As I am helpless now, I am requesting you to take strict actions on this issue.

                            This is really critical that my mom is serious and have to show his blood reports to doctor but it's been seven days Netmeds is not giving us our reports .
                            Their customer support is saying we can't do anything we don't have any update .
                            We have booked an appointment with doctor which we have got waiting since 30 days as he comes once in 15 days .
                            Now my booking will get cancell what should I do .

                              I purchased some medicine from NETMEDS online. on delivery I found one item missing and another item where manufacturing month is sept-20 and it is valid for 15 month i.e expiry in jan-22. Then and there I reported to the customer care. but despite of several reminder they did not responded. Then seeking no alternative I reported their CEO. who assured that the escalation team will resolve the issue. Despite no customer team team is responded. Believe me, they are team of THICK SKIN. DO NOT BUY PRODUCT FROM NETMEDS.

                              I personally switched to TATA 1MG. service is wonderful and very responsive

                                I placed an order ...so I choose online payment . my money is deducted from bank.
                                But the order details are not shown in the app. it doesn't show the order in orders section.

                                I ordered medicines from the Netmeds app on 26th January 2022, for which the payment was made using debit card through gpay app. The transaction was successful and the amount was debited from my account. But there was no confirmation of order placed from the Netmeds. In the Netmeds app there is a section of MY ORDERS, even there my order was not mentioned. I have attached the photocopy from the Gpay app which states the Transaction number.
                                I tried to get in touch with the customer support team of Netmeds through Email, call and chat but the complaint left unattended. They didn't took any steps to resolve the complaints.
                                Kindly take the appropriate action to refund the money.

                                Yeah...I got refund...try to contact them in the app using chat option (help )...they will provide their experts into line to contact u ...and tell your issue to them ...I solved my problem using that option only

                                  Yesterday I submitted a complaint regarding my delivery.
                                  And in today morning I receive a sms in which there is mentioned that my product is coming today but still they didn't delivered.
                                  And today I have my last dose of medicine.
                                  Worst delivery experience..earlier my product delivering on time but nowadays there is so much problem.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I would like to inform you that there are few items missing from the medicines I ordered from your pharmacy app on 07/01/2022
                                    Order Id:[protected]A. However, I can see that still my order is under processing status from longer period. Even after couple of reminder calls your team is soo negligent on this, in spite of explaining the urgency for medicines I ordered for diabetic patient.

                                    Below are the list of missing items of my order.

                                    1. Eliwel 10mg Tablet 10's - Quantity : 3
                                    2. Gemer 1 Tablet 15's - Quantity : 3
                                    3. Respira Syrup 100ml - Quantity: 2
                                    4. Eberjen M Cream 10gm - Quantity: 1

                                    Also, attached screenshot for your reference for the same. It would be great if you send the missing medicines as soon as possible.

                                      Delivery date was 31st, Dec, 2021.
                                      Till now not recd medicine.
                                      Many times done chats, done phone calls through NETMEDS APP, to cancel that order due to over run of time & they agree to refund but till today no refund send by them.
