[Resolved] Netmeds — damaged product received | |
I ordered a medicine calcarea phosphorica from netmeds which delivered on 17 april 2020. But it is already opened from inside and looked like used one. It also has some stain on it. So i complaint about it that day and 5-6 times after that. Also complaint on email [protected]@netmeds.com and [protected]@netmeds.com. All they generate ticket and said some customer service executive called within 8-12 hours but till date no one called. I want full refund and reshipment of the medicine.
