Regarding the first order placed on 29th Mar'20.,
As a reaction to the COVID crisis, we had to temporarily delist some Pincodes that couriers cannot service. We regret that your order was canceled. Now the service is resumed at your location.
Regarding the second order placed on 5th Apr'20.,
Upon checking our backend record, we see that the prescription for the ordered medicines has not been submitted from your end. Hence we have moved your order to our online doctors and received a prescription from them but before proceeding further, the order was canceled from your end on 14th Apr'20 around 4 P.M stating delay in delivery.
We regret that we were unable to meet up your needs this time. Hope we will have an opportunity to serve you in the future.
