Hi, i have a query about my last order, i ordered eliquis 5mg tablet 20's which contain 20 tablets in one box which cost is 1450 for the 20tab and i ordered for the 2 boxes and i only get one and and i had paid for the 2 box's 2460 rs as i get discount of 435 rs please help me out and i need my tablet urgently i m dvt patient.     Medicines as per above order were delivered to me on13.4.20. Some medicines could not b supplied because of non availability. An amount of rs.1363.34 was to b refunded to me as intimated by the firm to me on 6.4.20.

      I am a customer from navi mumbai and i have been following up with netmeds.com team for few days through mail (Since there is no response on calls) on a wrong delivery. There is absolutely no response other than getting an auto reply with a ticket number.. Such apps should be banned since it brings a lot o[censored]nrest... Instead of making life easy...
      During this lockdown period, i purchased vegetables from this app (Advertised for reliance fresh).. This was a prepaid order however pdts delivered were wrong, but neither is the team replying tomy mails, nor any support on refund... Mail attached for reference

        Order id[protected]m order 1 of 2 - grocery order. Multiple issues 1. I ordered basic vegetables combo but received different one and none of them are usable means rotten / not fresh vegetables.
        2. I ordered handwash 750 ml worth rs 180 but received samtoor hand wash worth rs 110.

        I emailed them multiple times but not a single response. I also called their customer care and representative told me that i will definitely get the refund within 48 hours!!!

          Shocked by unethical practice from netmeds!
          I regularly use some medicine. Due to lockdown, my local pharmacy could not deliver the the medicines, hence trusted netmeds with my requirement. Earlier used your service but used 'cash on delivery'. But, not, you are forcing customer to use to "pay first" but you are not telling lies that you have "delivered"!!

          It occurred on 28.04.2020

          Paid the full amount in advance.
          Sms received from company as 'delivered'. Also, status on the netmeds website showing 'delivered'.
          But the company has not delivered the the products.
          Lodged complaint through the company website (As your phone service is deactivated and)
          One day passed. No response from the company.
          Deliver the product asap or return the order amount

            damaged product received

            I ordered a medicine calcarea phosphorica from netmeds which delivered on 17 april 2020. But it is already opened from inside and looked like used one. It also has some stain on it. So i complaint about it that day and 5-6 times after that. Also complaint on email [protected]@netmeds.com and [protected]@netmeds.com. All they generate ticket and said some customer service executive called within 8-12 hours but till date no one called. I want full refund...

              The consultant didn't even listened to the complete problem and was giving rude replies like I can not solve your problem and i not magician.
              If you cannot solve the problem then what are you charging for?
              You can provide me a decent prescription or suggest decently but doctor made it worse for me

                There has been a mistake in the patient's name and doctor's name in my order with invoice number CS[protected] dated[protected]. I have mailed the company twice in a period of last 10 days for the same but there hasn't been any response from them yet.

                  Order id[protected]a dt 10.4.20 dettol hand wash 750 ml not delivered but app shows successfully delivered, discrepancy noted shipment date and the delivered date and time is same which is not possible (15.5.20 at 9.08 pm). Contacted through mail and got a new ticket no. [protected] dt 17.4.2020, with assurance of resolution within 10 hours but still unresolved no refund or ordered item received yet, we request your good office to resolve at the earliest, thank you.

                      Please help with the refund amount, have did the transaction from google pay via icici bank upi with netmeds to purchase some medicine, but order cancelled by netmeds due to delivery not possible on my pin code and they are initiated the refund on same day i.                           Have placed an order on 14th of april at 9.15 pm, order id[protected]m for hose hold products worth rs1872/-. After paying, order has been declined. So far have not received any response, have sent mail email on [protected]@netmeds.com, but no support has been provided. Neither their online number is reachable.                             I ordered olesoft max lotion on april 13th 2020. This is very urgent. On april 15th i recieved an sms that order has been delivered. I was shocked to see, because i did not receive any medicine. I checked my order status on website : even that shows delivered. This is shame. And a brazen fraud by netmeds. They are not responding to my complaints which i emailed to them.

                              I have place an order to netmeds on 19th march 20 where they claimed to deliver the material within 4 days max, today till 16th april 20, they have not delivered the medicines where all other online companies like 1mg and others are delivering the material with some delay.. Medicines fall under essential services and they don’t have any reason to blame lockdown... Moreover, there has been no response (Apart from general messages). Pathetic services... Pathetic company

                                I have ordered medicines two times for my Mom who is in Odisha and also I did the on-line payment for the medicines. For the first order that I placed they canceled the order from their side and returned the money near after 20 days and then I placed another order and made the payment again. Today on 14th April they canceled the order again and told me it is canceled from your end.

                                My parents are at Odisha and I am in Delhi, nobody is with them to deliver the medicines. In this lockdown period, I can't ask anyone to help them. Really this company screwed me emotionally and my parent's health also.

                                Regarding the first order placed on 29th Mar'20.,
                                As a reaction to the COVID crisis, we had to temporarily delist some Pincodes that couriers cannot service. We regret that your order was canceled. Now the service is resumed at your location.

                                Regarding the second order placed on 5th Apr'20.,
                                Upon checking our backend record, we see that the prescription for the ordered medicines has not been submitted from your end. Hence we have moved your order to our online doctors and received a prescription from them but before proceeding further, the order was canceled from your end on 14th Apr'20 around 4 P.M stating delay in delivery.

                                We regret that we were unable to meet up your needs this time. Hope we will have an opportunity to serve you in the future.
