Shocked by unethical practice from netmeds!
I regularly use some medicine. Due to lockdown, my local pharmacy could not deliver the the medicines, hence trusted netmeds with my requirement. Earlier used your service but used 'cash on delivery'. But, not, you are forcing customer to use to "pay first" but you are not telling lies that you have "delivered"!!

It occurred on 28.04.2020
Paid the full amount in advance.
Sms received from company as 'delivered'. Also, status on the netmeds website showing 'delivered'.
But the company has not delivered the the products.
Lodged complaint through the company website (As your phone service is deactivated and)
One day passed. No response from the company.
Deliver the product asap or return the order amount
