medicine not delivered, netmeds claims "delivered"!

Shocked by unethical practice from netmeds!
I regularly use some medicine. Due to lockdown, my local pharmacy could not deliver the the medicines, hence trusted netmeds with my requirement. Earlier used your service but used 'cash on delivery'. But, not, you are forcing customer to use to "pay first" but you are not telling lies that you have "delivered"!!

damaged product received

I ordered a medicine calcarea phosphorica from netmeds which delivered on 17 april 2020. But it is already opened from inside and looked like used one. It also has some stain on it. So i complaint about it that day and 5-6 times after that. Also complaint on email [protected]@netmeds.com and [protected]@netmeds.com. All they generate ticket and said some customer service executive called within 8-12 hours but till date no one called. I want full refund...

netmeds didn't refund my money

Sir my order is cancelled due to unavailability of medicine on netmed, but they didn't refund my money, sir i email many times asking reason they didn't replied I even message on netmed apps they didn't replied, sir my order I'd is[protected]A, sir i kindly requesting you please try to refund my money as soon as possible...

consultation was not proper

The consultant didn't even listened to the complete problem and was giving rude replies like I can not solve your problem and i not magician.
If you cannot solve the problem then what are you charging for?
You can provide me a decent prescription or suggest decently but doctor made it worse for me...

correction in invoice

There has been a mistake in the patient's name and doctor's name in my order with invoice number CS[protected] dated[protected]. I have mailed the company twice in a period of last 10 days for the same but there hasn't been any response from them yet....

order not delivered but shows delivered.

Order id[protected]a dt 10.4.20 dettol hand wash 750 ml not delivered but app shows successfully delivered, discrepancy noted shipment date and the delivered date and time is same which is not possible (15.5.20 at 9.08 pm). Contacted through mail and got a new ticket no. [protected] dt 17.4.2020, with assurance of resolution within 10 hours but still unresolved no refund or ordered item received yet, we request your good office to resolve...

Please help with the refund amount, have did the transaction from google pay via icici bank upi with netmeds to purchase some medicine, but order cancelled by netmeds due to delivery not possible on my pin code and they are initiated the refund on same day i. E. 28march buy still amount not received in my account. Now almost a month that i'm chasing for the refund, kindly arrange the refund as earliest.

Have placed an order on 14th of april at 9.15 pm, order id[protected]m for hose hold products worth rs1872/-. After paying, order has been declined. So far have not received any response, have sent mail email on [protected]@netmeds.com, but no support has been provided. Neither their online number is reachable. I would expect my complain to get sorted and amount to be refunded....

order not received but status showing delivered - pathetic response from company

I ordered olesoft max lotion on april 13th 2020. This is very urgent. On april 15th i recieved an sms that order has been delivered. I was shocked to see, because i did not receive any medicine. I checked my order status on website : even that shows delivered. This is shame. And a brazen fraud by netmeds. They are not responding to my complaints which i emailed to them.

pathetic response

I have place an order to netmeds on 19th march 20 where they claimed to deliver the material within 4 days max, today till 16th april 20, they have not delivered the medicines where all other online companies like 1mg and others are delivering the material with some delay.. Medicines fall under essential services and they don’t have any reason to blame lockdown... Moreover, there has been no response (Apart from general messages). Pathetic...

placed order for two times and it getting cancelled

I have ordered medicines two times for my Mom who is in Odisha and also I did the on-line payment for the medicines. For the first order that I placed they canceled the order from their side and returned the money near after 20 days and then I placed another order and made the payment again. Today on 14th April they canceled the order again and told me it is canceled from your end.

My parents are at Odisha and I am in Delhi,...

Netmeds accepted and confirmed my order an accepted the money i paid via sbi net banking.

order was cancelled without any notice

Firstly i'm checking that in my city delivery is possible or not by entering the pin code of my city app shows its possible...
Then app accept the order accept the online payment then after a day my order was cancelled without any reason or notice and even thay inform to me by any massage or email... I am waiting for my medicine from 3 days... This attitude is pathetic... Do you think we are the fool's who is buying a medicine online...

regarding to company

Genuine review I ordered some medicine.but delevery boy said we can't serve here. And too many times i tried to call netmeds company but i can't connect theme, Actually there computer speak Tamil or something like that.. they are not speaking in English or Hindi.. so there after i call to ROC Of Chennai but ROC of chennai also not help me. Then i realise that me india me hu. Muje parcel ni milega. that's why Amazon more reliable company....

I placed an order of a medicine from netmeds.com and after placing my order the amount has debited immediately from my bank account, by later when i track my order it's showing me, my order has been declined and they didn't returned my amount back. And there is no information regarding declined orders and i didn't received any msg from there end that the order is declined and how much time it will take to refund my amount....
