I had ordered two items vide my order i'd no[protected]a dt 16th april. Track id[protected] dt 20th april. I am yet to receive one item i. E 500 ml hand sanitizer. I had paid fully for both the items via debit card. I have received only one item out of two on 26th. After that inspite of numerous complaints and e mails they are totally silent. No response. I need the item urgently.

    I placed an order on netmeds on 20-march-2020 and it was delivered in first week of may.
    Now i don't need milk powder box as i have already bought it as per urgent requirement from other source.

    Now, the order status is not getting updated on netmeds app and i am not getting the return option.

    The product is sealed packed and worth inr 705.

    Kindly help with the return of the product.
    I tried to reach on netmeds customer care but no one is picking up the call.

    Kindly help asap.

      I had placed the order and paid amount also. Now in app there's no order for me and money also got deducted. I have sent mail to netmeds to which I haven't got any reply or call yet. Poor service. Never should have placed order with netmeds.

      And now as order got confirmed, one product of my order got cancelled by netmeds and I don't even have got refund yet and neither that product seems be getting delivered.

      They don't have proper communication also. No replies for mails, customer care call services are of no use at all.

        The medicine order with order ID[protected]A was to be delivered on 5 may 2020 and a message saying "your order has been delivered" came from the netmeds. But, the order hasn't arrived yet and we have done the payment online the day we ordered it and that is our concern. Please do take some actions

          I have placed 2 orders with netmeds on 7th apr 2020 and here are the order details

          These are totalling for amount of rs 6000/- and is prepaid.

          I get an sms / email from netmeds that the order is delivered and also the consignment tracking # also shows as delivered.

          I have not yet received the order and trying to reach to netmeds. Their helpline / chat / customer service email does not work and absolutely no response.

          This is very unprofessional and not the way to operate.

          Can i request or see some help regarding my orders here and provide some information.

            This for the new order number[protected]a ordered from reliance fresh via netmeds and is for the third time items are missing and didnt receive my refund or items
            Now rice 4kg greenchillies oil 2ltrs and urad dal 2kg and potato 1kg and maida 1kg and tomato and coriander and also 5 ltrs milk delivered is about to expire in a week time and was packed in december. I have received stuff for 1502 0ut of 2489 and 986 is left please tell me am i going to get refund or going to get my stuff back.
            There were 2 previous orders where goods worth 300 were not delivered however was charged and was not given the bill also as the delivery guy refused to give the bill

            Take the stale milk back and return orvrefund me the money

                  I am a customer from navi mumbai and i have been following up with netmeds.com team for few days through mail (Since there is no response on calls) on a wrong delivery. There is absolutely no response other than getting an auto reply with a ticket number.. Such apps should be banned since it brings a lot o[censored]nrest... Instead of making life easy...
                  During this lockdown period, i purchased vegetables from this app (Advertised for reliance fresh).. This was a prepaid order however pdts delivered were wrong, but neither is the team replying tomy mails, nor any support on refund... Mail attached for reference

                    Order id[protected]m order 1 of 2 - grocery order. Multiple issues 1. I ordered basic vegetables combo but received different one and none of them are usable means rotten / not fresh vegetables.
                    2. I ordered handwash 750 ml worth rs 180 but received samtoor hand wash worth rs 110.

                    I emailed them multiple times but not a single response. I also called their customer care and representative told me that i will definitely get the refund within 48 hours!!!

                      Shocked by unethical practice from netmeds!
                      I regularly use some medicine. Due to lockdown, my local pharmacy could not deliver the the medicines, hence trusted netmeds with my requirement. Earlier used your service but used 'cash on delivery'. But, not, you are forcing customer to use to "pay first" but you are not telling lies that you have "delivered"!!

                      It occurred on 28.04.2020

                      Paid the full amount in advance.
                      Sms received from company as 'delivered'. Also, status on the netmeds website showing 'delivered'.
                      But the company has not delivered the the products.
                      Lodged complaint through the company website (As your phone service is deactivated and)
                      One day passed. No response from the company.
                      Deliver the product asap or return the order amount

                          The consultant didn't even listened to the complete problem and was giving rude replies like I can not solve your problem and i not magician.
                          If you cannot solve the problem then what are you charging for?
                          You can provide me a decent prescription or suggest decently but doctor made it worse for me

                            There has been a mistake in the patient's name and doctor's name in my order with invoice number CS[protected] dated[protected]. I have mailed the company twice in a period of last 10 days for the same but there hasn't been any response from them yet.

                              Order id[protected]a dt 10.4.20 dettol hand wash 750 ml not delivered but app shows successfully delivered, discrepancy noted shipment date and the delivered date and time is same which is not possible (15.5.20 at 9.08 pm). Contacted through mail and got a new ticket no. [protected] dt 17.4.2020, with assurance of resolution within 10 hours but still unresolved no refund or ordered item received yet, we request your good office to resolve at the earliest, thank you.

                                  Please help with the refund amount, have did the transaction from google pay via icici bank upi with netmeds to purchase some medicine, but order cancelled by netmeds due to delivery not possible on my pin code and they are initiated the refund on same day i.                                       Have placed an order on 14th of april at 9.15 pm, order id[protected]m for hose hold products worth rs1872/-. After paying, order has been declined. So far have not received any response, have sent mail email on [protected]@netmeds.com, but no support has been provided. Neither their online number is reachable. I would expect my complain to get sorted and amount to be refunded.

                                        I ordered olesoft max lotion on april 13th 2020. This is very urgent. On april 15th i recieved an sms that order has been delivered. I was shocked to see, because i did not receive any medicine. I checked my order status on website : even that shows delivered. This is shame. And a brazen fraud by netmeds. They are not responding to my complaints which i emailed to them.
