[Resolved] Netmeds — delay delivery of medicine | |
I booked the medicine on 3 jan 2020, but still not received. For last three days there has been no response. When am calling the customer service they are saying they will get back to me with the status. Today i spoke to the team leader named mr arvind, he assured a call by 11.30 (He said will call in couple of hours, from 9.30 am), but no call with any status. Was this information helpful? | |

I have ordered few medicines through Netmeds on 3rd January but till now I have not received my medicines. While tracking I saw it already reached to Kolkata 4 days ago but till now FedEx is not delivering the same. Nobody from their side is responding to me properly. Even the tracking Id they gave doesn't seems valid. I feel helpless.
